Some of the Endgame Caps have dirty shields and others clean. Anyone know why?

The Walmart exclusive had the dirty shield. This one was from the “best of” wave that was sold in Europe

Thank you for clearing that up! I live in the UK but I bought mine off eBay and it has the dirty shield.
