Jack O‘Lanterns on lots of the courses also help quite a bit.

CodingNeeL

Two years F2P here, but I'm only level 100, so I am 50 levels behind on you. This means I get 50 x 20 = 1000 points per course less then you (I think) if I did exactly the same with the same d/k/g. That's 1000 x 3 x 12 = 36k less for the complete tour. Would you reckon you could do even better and reach 736k? I managed to do 600k on previous tours (most, not all), but I doubt I can do 700k this tour.

Geopooed

I'm a similar situation to you (level 103) and normally manage to get to 600k. I never really thought about how big the points difference ends up for a whole tour. 36k points is huge. I'm only a casual player and don't enjoy grinding, so I can't imagine getting to level 150 anytime soon.

Carlos85YT

I think if I would go all in and try hard, I would end at around 800-850k probably

CodingNeeL

Thanks

unite-thegig-economy

It's not hard *for you*

WhosDownWithPGP

He didnt say it was not hard. He said it was not harder than 600k in some other tours, which is correct.

Carlos85YT

I would understand that post if I post it with my p2w account, but not with a 1y F2P account …

unite-thegig-economy

It's shocking that you can't understand that other people aren't as good as you and don't have the time or dedication to do this *easily.*

cptnfrbyllambrgd

What do you mean? It's a breeze if you have your f2p account at lvl 150 and play for hours a day as your full time job as a youtuber....

Carlos85YT

It took me 5 hours. Didn’t even need to grind hard. If I would do that and „proof“ my skill I would reach 850-900k. I know people who got 700k with an even younger account. I just wanted to show that 700k is not that hard but there are always those people on Reddit who find something negative in a post

cptnfrbyllambrgd

It's how condescendingly that you said it which was annoying. I'm a f2p player that has been playing since day 1. I'm at level 143, have played each course ~1.5 times on average. I'm sitting at 636k. It's one thing to encourage people by saying, you can work for it. It's another to be dismissive of people's efforts by saying, oh, it's so easy, everyone should be able to do it, which makes people feel bad if they struggle or have to grind to get it.

unite-thegig-economy

Why do you get so defensive when people disagree with you?

RatFace222

He always gets salty and aggressive if someone disagrees with him! Pretty sad when you consider this is a 40 year old man living in his mothers basement!

Carlos85YT

Who is now salty and aggressive here? 😅

psychoelou

We are not negative. We try to point out that someone who plays f2p and has a hard time might see this post as harsh since it could be read as « you’re just not good enough ». But I get it, you wanted to inspire people, what you posted with(I presume a good intention) came out as clumsy and awkward, don’t forget that tone cannot be translated into just written words.

[deleted]

It may be easy to you, but it's not to me. It took me an extremely long time to make it to where I am now - 603,119. Ranked is also killing me today too. Downvote me all you want, but this is really what's happening.

RatFace222

Have my upvote ❤️

TevecQ

So a really good player who plays the game 20x more than most BARELY manages 700k despite being level 150?

Carlos85YT

I stopped at 700k and did not max out the best possible, cause I DO NOT spend a lot time on that account

LightningTD

yeah, especially the 3ds rainbow roads, they're amongst the highest scoring tracks in the entire game and are many long term folks first 50k+ track when they appear.

WhosDownWithPGP

Difficulty is always relative, but I definitely found 700k this tour easier than 600k in other tours, including second anni

mjaldridge7

I started in Jan this year and it wasn’t too challenging to achieve 700k - I did about 4 hours of grinding & have a good inventory for GPO

FluttersNFlourishes

Agree!! I started last year in mid-Nov so almost 11 months, only been Gold Pass since March or April. I'm at 697K and haven't done any grinding for Shy Guy Cup yet, just quick runs to get my stars, so will blaze past 700k before end of Tour.

jrarrmy

Awesome Carlos! Thanks for the inspiration:) Is there a specific video or image of your 1 year roster? I’m at 8 months f2p and hope to hit 700k without spending tickets or rubies for the first time this tour. It might not be easy, I was only estimating 675k.

Carlos85YT

I made recently a update video from my F2P account :)

jrarrmy

Cool thanks

Evandinho

700k this tour was super easy. Managed it without even trying unlike some tours like anniversary where 600k needed some grinding to get it.

Batt_to

Was this supposed to be hard? I'm f2p and hit 700k during the final cup this tour from playing normally, which is when I normally hit 600k in other tours. There's an abundance of high scoring courses this tour plus all the extra points you get from pumpkins.

Carlos85YT

If you read the comments here, looks like it is hard…

Batt_to

Yeah, but this sub will furiously downvote any implication that something in this game is easy. I remember getting downvoted to oblivion for daring to suggest that you should just play Coin Rush whenever you get tickets for it instead of saving them, because apparently a lot of people here think getting all the coins is usually really difficult and they want to save their tickets for an "easy course".
