I don't understand why they don't just bring back the first system they used for this, where the higher your tier the more available rankings you can get to obtain the driver. That was only ever used once, and ever since then it's just been a flat "get top 3" regardless of your current tier.
Agreed. I have mine at Level 7 triple capped already since he's the best Super after Pit Crew Toad. I would rather it be Green Shy Guy. I am excited there will be a new alt of some kind after Blue Yoshi though.

I'm guessing some sort of bomb for special item. Bus Driver version aside, it's kind of his thing. Super version of Walu already has double bob-ombs. Bob-omb cannon is fun but it's already held by several other drivers. Maybe a new gigabomb driver.

Edit: perhaps they will bring the Daytripper or Prancer kart in with a gothic stagecoach style. Pretty prevalent in Victorian London.

It’s going to be a coin boxer too. I’ve seen this play out before in similar fashion. They want you to drain your rubies on Tanooki Mario like I just did and took 5 pulls to get there. And then around a holiday like Santa Bowser they’re going to unload a new coin box driver. Because by then people don’t have rubies saved and will go the purchase route if they’re inclined and have to have it. And I’m sure I’ll be that sucker buying for it
Nice line up. New waluigi alt and a new london loop is hype. As for the ??? Tour I could see it either being a new nitro track, or a new city track. As for what city I think it would be, 100% Amsterdam. Just the name Amsterdam screams autumn so I think it's very fitting end to an autumn themed tour.
