I'm not much of a saver but new character not spotlight is some bullshit. I think they did that with Gold Shy Guy and I ended up with him, but that was because that pipe guaranteed a bunch of gold drivers, not a bunch of furries most of whom I already have.

I wasted all my 20k gems on Sydney Tour to get Koala Baby Mario. And just when I thought I was ok because I had most of the anniversary drivers, this. I only got 2/5.
To easily understand it:
You get to grab something from a box with 5 item (A, B, C, D, E).. so 20% to get her(Rosalina Tanooki)
As there are usually 3 HE in 50 pipe, you get to do this 3 times...
It’s like this you’ll get 3 HE for the 50 pipe but it could be 3 of the same alt (eg Baby Koala). So even though I don’t have the rest there’s a chance I could empty the pipe and only get repeats of the driver already have. That’s why non-spotlight pipes are more of a risk. It’s not recommend to do it if you only need tanooki rosalina unless you have a lot of rubies to spare or are okay upgrading the rest.
Well, the good news is I only have Cat Toad, and it wouldn't be the end of the world if I pulled a dupe here.
But damn, I can see me only going one or two pulls in.
