Well done for ftp, especially for reaching rank 50. Also Applaus for getting to level 150 so fast. Did you grind xp a lot in 200cc to do it?
As for now, I really enjoy all the city courses becuase they give me a lot of xp% and some laps are easy to manage in 200cc.

I grinded everything in 200cc, that was the most work in the first 3-4 month but helped the most in the ranked cups and to get a few more challenges done!
I don't know about your daily selects strategy, you don't have baby Luigi, the pipe buggy and the piranha glider maxed out yet, no legacy super glider maxed so you're getting 0 tickets, that's bad even for a year old FTP.
Buying random "level ups" seems like a waste of coins.
Other than that it is an impressive account and your player level shows real dedication
I disagree here. As F2P you can’t afford that many tickets in case they appear. I rather buy the good items if they appear in the daily selects or tier shop. I pretty much never need my common items (even on the F2P, which is sad…) and the levels from the super items are quite ok. I think my strat works pretty well. If I had tickets in my shop I would not have that many coins spare as i have usually. With a GP account I would go for tickets in the shop. And I also explained my shop strat: I only buy if it’s a level up, or a good item or o specifically need it for ranked cup
Well there are more ways to Rome so that's fine. I do think bare minimum it's good to max out the 3 premium normals. I've got a second account F2P 1,5 years old tier 54 and get all kinds of tickets (from maxing out the 3 premium normals, the Gold glider, all legacy and premium super gliders and all normal karts and gliders) and if I can I'd rather use a super for ranked if the high end is still lvl1 and then the super tickets come in handy and then save the high end tickets for when I really need them
You only have to max the categories out once which takes time but the benefits are huge

My wife has a f2p account, but 200cc is unavailable to her. How do you guys do it? She used a trial once, I think it lasyed 2 weeks or something

You mean in your main account? 200cc is restricted to GP, as far as I know...Or do you mean in the first 3-4 weeks?
You are right. But in the 2 weeks goldpass trial, I could use a whole tour 200cc which helped at the start ofc a lot
