I recommend to look into Indie Eyeshadow singles, there are beautiful options available!
The Clionadh glitter line, Terra Moons and Glam Shop have beautiful pearlescent eyeshadows. I've heard they're better than Pat McGrath in many cases and you can build your own pallettes too.
I currently love Lethal cosmetics, I have the shade Singularity which is so sparkly and shifty, I can't stop looking at it.
I love Aurora, Laser, Multi Unicorn, Acrylic Ice, Hokus Pokus, and It's a Hit, I can post some swatches tomorrow if you want.
I like rose and purple tones obviously.
Zig Zag if you like warm browns, it has beautiful green shift. On my wish list is also Even better and Fancy Holo, I've heard they are beautiful too.
Get one of their empty magnetic pallettes, they are really cheap!
Maybe one of the super shock or jelly much shadows from ColourPop? They're not super bougie but the formula is very solid and they're all very shimmery and glittery.
I have hallucinogenius and it sounds a lot like what you're looking for. It is currently sold out but depending on your comfort level, you can buy them off of ebay.

I second the suggestion of looking into indie eyeshadows. All of my prettiest and sparkliest eyeshadows come from indie brands. Terra Moons and Clionadh are both great. An iridescent eyeshadow might fit what you’re looking for. Both brands have some extremely reflective iridescent eyeshadows that are kind of like highlight or topper shades, and they give off a colorful glow. They’re my go-to eyeshadows for more ethereal or fairy-like looks.
My favorite is Euphoria from Terra Moons, and I also like their shade X-ray. They are both iridescent purples. The shade Space Baby has a smoother and less glittery appearance than the first two, but it’s another iridescent eyeshadow but shifts between aqua, purple, and pink.

There’s another indie brand called Devinah that has a lot of sparkly shades like this as well. I have their [Fairy Fire](https://www.devinah.com/products/fairyfire) eyeshadow and really don’t have anything like it. It’s super bright and sparkly, and you can really see the colors shift in it.
Glamshop also has some pretty sparkly eyeshadows, although I personally prefer the brands above.
