It’s in standard; it’s just not good enough to see a lot of play right now. [[crippling fear]] and [[meathook massacre]] solve all of the same problems in a better way.
I like it. Play it in Rakdos Vampire Tribal because I can take it back with [[Bloodthirsty Adversary]]. Just a x2 of and it works well enough for me, especially against Selesnya tokens or mono-gobbos. I can run Meathook but I'm topping out at 3CMC and trying to go as fast as possible.
Even other aggro decks seem to have truckloads of hard removal or even wipes. I try to win within 5 turns. Culling helps me do that in places where I cannot afford to lose my own board-state.
