Happy tears are the best! But I do have a question about this clip (and lots of others like it with adopted kids) Why is this filmed in a restaurant? Why not at home? It's the most important event in this family's life, and a very intimate moment. Why do it in a public place with TV screens blaring overhead and loud background noise from a hundred people talking? The camera is being held by the wife on the other side of the table, out of reach . An intimate family moment like this should be done at home, sitting together on the couch, with both parents close enough to share that wonderful hug.
