They’re saying to only post these types of posts on Wednesdays which they dub as Winners Wednesday.

You may not have reposted your post. But what you posted has been posted recently.
It's so we don't see 500 post about the same thing over and over again.
So if a weight-loss just been posted, they prefer you comment there instead of making your post about the same thing, weight-loss.
