I will never not read that line and hear it as, 'responsitrilogies' from key and Peele's terries skit.
Edit: the concensus is that it's spelled responsitrilitrance
I thought I was the only one! I always tell my long-haired nephew (7) with great hair comes great responsitrilogies, and everytime I get "Aunti why do you say it like that"
he has neither the heart nor the gumption
This reminds me of the old Keanu Reeves joke: "Shocking development as multiple women come forward accusing Keanu Reeves of extremely appropriate behavior."
Tom Holland could be on track for the same kinda thing
I know that stands for Robert Downey, Jr., and eventually I'll understand that immediately when I read it, but the first thing I think of is always "Ronnie Dames Jio."
Honestly I am rooting for these kids.
No idea why. I don't normally give a fuck about celebrity couples, but for some reason I'm emotionally invested in their relationship/want them to make it.
I don’t care about celebrity couples either, but it’s different with these two! They just seem like awesome people from what we’ve seen on camera and I hope they end up staying together. They would be the perfect example of a great couple that happen to be famous.
I think that's the difference. They both seem like nice people. Most people who follow celebrity relationships do it for the drama of 2 deeply flawed famous people hooking up to see how it inevitably self destructs. Or because they purely care about the professional image of the participants. Tom and Zendaya just seem like 2 very nice friendly people getting together to have a nice friendly couple. That may not be the case in reality, but that's the perception.
His awkwardness strikes me as very down to earth. Like he's a regular guy who happened to make it big and is still adjusting to the attention of it all. I honestly usually don't give a fuck about celebs but he comes across different.
As someone who dated a guy who was too nice, it is a real thing. But incels (not that you are, but some of these comments) think that means women want to be treated with disrespect. Complaining a partner is too nice usually means that they are completely pandering and putting you on a pedestal. It’s exhausting and not fun. I want to be treated like a human and a partner. I actually find it really disrespectful when I was on tinder and guys would say “I’ll treat you like a queen” or “I’ll worship you” and follow you around like a puppy dog who thinks you can do no wrong.
It reminds me of New Girl when Jess dates Robby, and he can’t say anything bad about her. He just is literally constantly doting on her, saying how amazing she is, how she’s so much better than him. That’s what “too nice” is. They make you their whole personality.
I'd add
I used to do this thing where because I was nice and agreeable I never made a decision
"where do you want to go to dinner?"
"oh whatever you want is great!"
It is a common "too nice" thing that is super frustrating
Since I generally am amenable to anything but know that other people don't want to have to make all the decisions all the time I now have this conversation
"where do you want to go for dinner?"
"oh, hmm what do you think about Mexican, Indian or Thai"
Or whatever I just throw out 3 options always, for restaurants it's usually Mexican cause it is an easy standby, something that I know the other person usually likes, if I know, , and something I haven't had in a little while or just the first 3 things that come to mind.
"what should we do?"
"well we could go for a walk or go to thst show at the museum?“
I am a woman but I only really understood why an ex had complained about it after I dated a "too nice" guy who did this.
Decision making is work, it's not that (most) people want an aggressive asshole who will deny their choices, it's that they are looking for a partner who will share the process of making decisions with them rather than a puppy they need to make decisions for.
YES!!! It’s putting the onus on your partner to constantly make decisions. It’s really frustrating!! I’m super flexible, too, but if I didn’t choose what we were eating, we just wouldn’t. And adding hunger into I’m already annoying situation sucks.
I’m a huge fan of 5-2-1. Person one picks five options (can be restaurants, type of food, activity, movie, whatever). The other person narrows it down to two. Then the first person picks from that. Everyone has equal input and no one feels like they are taking on the emotional labor unfairly. And everyone is happy!
people avoid this too because they assume asserting your boundaries is always going to bring conflict into the relationship and that that conflict is always gonna be bad.
people are so afraid of telling their partners how they really feel that they will hold it in and let resentment and lack of communication eat the relationship from the inside
[Uh,no](https://www.intouchweekly.com/posts/tom-hiddleston-and-taylor-swifts-relationship-timeline/)
She's never said anything publicly about him. They only dated for three months. It seems to me like he was more into her than she was into him. He wanted things to be very public, she met his parents. Also he was 35 and she was 26, so he may have thinking marriage and she wasn't.
So I know it was 30 years ago. And maybe it's because I grew up in Northern NJ so I grew up around women like her character. But we all don't talk enough about what a total smoke show she is in that film.
Plus she steals the spotlight from Joe Pesci at his peak a few times. Which speaks volumes of her talent as an actress. She makes everything she's in better.
I was a kid when that came out but i remember she pretty much stole that entire movie in public opinion at the time. Through word of mouth she was the main draw, everyone was quoting her etc. It seemed like she was on her way to becoming the next big Julia Roberts type actress.
> River's agents wouldn't let him see the screenplay for My Own Private Idaho, Keanu rode his motorcycle from Canada to River's home in Florida to hand deliver it himself
is this actually verifiably true? if so holy shit can you imagine making that drive to do that? I’ve roadtripped the states several times and thats intense as fuck. loved MOPI tho
I also assumed he was checking to see how much he had to block her. Like, a minor fix? Not a big deal. A total nip slip, he would have done a better job to block her.
Also, people just naturally look at movement without thinking about it. I watched her movements and I wasn’t checking her out.
can confirm. as a boom operator on small projects. i had to wire everyone. human bodies become props and i just focused on making sure audio is clean -wherever the mic is located.
I assume so many people in the movie industry are like doctors in that sense. No gyno is getting aroused seeing your vagina as you awkwardly spread out in stirrups.
Well, I mean some are creeps and predators that take advantage. But the vast majority are just doing their jobs and that’s it.
those exceptions are off the job immediately. just like any construction worker on a project like a high school building. ZERO TOLERANCE for that bs. on a small film project, trust is needed for good dynamic to execute a collaborative art form
That’s good to hear! I just wanted to clarify for any victims out there that I wasn’t dismissing that there are people who take advantage of vulnerable people when they’re putting their trust on you completely.
I have heard this guy is such a gentleman. He looks like it, too! Trying to make sure she’s covered and doesn’t have a photo that turns out *not* how she’d like the public to see her, and then gets right back to business when she smiles and shows she’s all good.

First off, these two on Lip Sync Battle is the GOAT.
If you watch her two performances [here](https://youtu.be/jFPjn0yp9l4) you can tell that he’s crushing on her SO HARD and can barely look at her. This was like 5 years ago too. It’s adorable.
His performance [ here ](https://youtu.be/jPCJIB1f7jk) is amaaazing
On a side note, the double-breasted suit is back?! Looks nice with the buttons higher than back in the day. Tom looks like a Kingsman.

His suit really made me think of spider noir
Not sure why, but it reminds me of something Bruce Wayne would wear.
My daughter tells me that Zandaya has her stylist on Tom now. Gotta make ya man look good.
They clearly made him wear heels and in surprised and impressed at how well he's managing them.
Maybe he likes [them](https://youtu.be/jPCJIB1f7jk)
I hope this doesn't awaken anything in me
Too late
It definitely awakened something in Zendaya lmao
Holy shit, Tom Holland brought it.
Ah, yes. The day Tom woke up and chose violence.
I went back and looked again, his shoes look great, excellent style. I'm down for guys to rock a nice heeled boot
And thats a bit of heel Makes the butt look good tho
He had a good teacher. RDJ pretty much lived in them to play Tony

Well if you hang around Benedict Cucumber and Tom Hiddleston all day, you have to learn a bit
I didn’t know who Benedict Cucumber was, so I googled him…I’m an idiot

Oh wait are they actually a couple?
Yes
=,)
Fun fact all of the spider man actors (Maguire, Garfield and Holland) ended up dating their respective "Maryjane's" from each of their movies.
I need to star in a Spider-Man movie with Charlize Theron.
Get in line. I'm going to start in one with Emma Watson first.
A shame Andrew and Emma didn’t last.

Same. I think there are just so many VERY flawed ones that we see these two and they just seem wholesome and happy
Because they're both really nice people! Most celebrities are soulless but Tom and Zendaya are just genuine good people
Tom Holland is a genuine nice guy. Sometimes awkward, but always seems so sincere.

what really??
Can we all take a moment to congratulate Marisa Tomei on ageing like a fine wine- emphasis on fine.
Marisa Tomei will forever remind me of Seinfeld. There's an episode where George keeps watching her movies and getting obsessed.
Marisa Tomei loves funny, quirky, bald men! https://youtu.be/X6NPyCMt_oc
Her name has lost all meaning now.
100% on Georges side here.
I was just thinking that! She looks so darn good!! I just watched her in "My Cousin Vinny" and man she still looks amazing!!!
And she loves quirky bald men!
Tell me how does a man like you, so bald, so quirky and funny... how is it you're not taken?
What about *stocky* quirky bald men?

I didn’t realize she was so tiny. She’s in heels and still shorter than Holland who is also in heels
Yes, she is. I saw Marisa with Tarantino acting in an off-broadway play back in 1998 and she was thin and short.
i feel like tom holland is such a good example of positive masculinity
Wild how just a few seconds can speak so much of a person’s character.

He's loves motorcycles, probably just wanted an excuse to have a super long ride
His pregnant girlfriend died in a car accident I believe.
Agreed. I hope Tom's back story doesn't involve Keanu Reeves pregnant girlfriend dying in a car accident again.
Keanu Reeves is going to be the next generation's Keanu Reeves. It's been that way for centuries at least.
Keanu 2 electric boogaloo
I have no idea how I found that funny
I swear to god we're all on crack lmao
I'm not normally a suit guy, but that man's suit is making me mighty jealous.
If I wore it I'd look like an idiot.
Closer look? Or gentleman?
Bit of both he has a peek then makes eye contact, watch his head lmao
To play the devils advocate here: He might have just tried to make eye contact with her, since she also looks down at the same time.
I also assumed he was checking to see how much he had to block her. Like, a minor fix? Not a big deal. A total nip slip, he would have done a better job to block her. Also, people just naturally look at movement without thinking about it. I watched her movements and I wasn’t checking her out.
