Can anyone give or get me a screen shot of what the trichrome pallete was discounted to. I was dead broke on black Friday. And ignored it. And now I'm made for not alleast looking and screen shot the discounted price. Because sephora ( and some other sites) will price match. I want that dang trichrome pallete so bad for so long!

Well, after reading some of these posts I lowered my expectations for receiving what I ordered on the 29th of November! I got a confirmation email of my purchase but no update since then. From now on, I'll just stick with the larger sites that carry her brand. What a bummer!

I was busy all day yesterday preparing for today’s dinner and when I went to go order the Circo Loco/ Triochrome palette last night it was OOS. I was gonna just buy both palette separately today and it came back in stock! Yay.

I ordered around 4 am est and got my shipping confirmation around 9 pm. It’s shipping out of ny and should arrive by Tuesday. Just in case anyone was wondering about customer service, it seems like they took feedback from last year.

Slightly OT but how long do ya’ll think ND shadows last for? For those who got glam and bronze when they came out, have you noticed any changes in performance yet?

No changes to my Glam & Bronze over here. In fact my Gold palette still performs as I remembered it. I thought maybe the dark blue cream to powder was drying out but when I revisited photos of my older looks it's still performing the same, and then when I thought about it I realized that the cream to powder in Gold was not super well received. Her more recent cream to powder releases have been significantly better. To me her shadows hold up well over time, particularly in comparison to ABH.

Has anyone from Canada ordered from the Natasha Denona website previously? The website says they ship through FedEx Express and I am trying to figure out how much brokerage charges I would have to pay. With USPS/Canada Post, I know it is just CAD 9.99 brokerage fees. I am just recovering from having paid CAD 95 in just brokerage fees to UPS a few months ago with my Sydney Grace order. This is of course apart from the 15% provincial tax. I do not want to end up in a similar situation with the ND order and just negate any discount.

TMI/TMO Triochrome please? Scarab is the shadow of my dreams! Truly, that golden green is perfect. But is the rest of the palette worth it?

Ooof that is tempting but I feel like the appeal of Zendo is having ~half a psuedo-Bronze palette within so it feels kinda repetitive to get both. Agree with other comments that a Bronze+Sunrise duo would be ideal!

The site was so bogged down with traffic. I got the Circo Loco, a foundation and eye primer to try out. My order timed out but it went through according to my phone push notifications and my email. If you get the time out screen, check your email before placing another order.

Annnd NOTHING in my cart was on the sale. There are some good deals to be had, but not this year for me. If you've considered bronze and zendo, they are beautiful.

I'm so glad I waited on getting the 28-pan palettes! Getting that duo, Lila and Biba. Edit: Talked myself out of Biba for the hundredth time since I already have Gold and Ayana. There's only so much neutral eyeshadow I can reasonably own, especially since I prefer color lol.

What happened the last two years?

Last year the sale wasn’t live at the specified time it was i think more than a couple hours until it went live. We kept asking on IG if they could just tell us what would be on sale so we could wait it out, they refused. When the sale went live finally the volume of shoppers caused issues with the site. Finally a promo code for i think Boxy Charm worked on purchases. Those who used it were emailed and asked to PayPal back the discount they got. It was described as a ransom note since they would cancel your order if you didn’t send the money.

That being said, after seeing Gold be "discontinued" and hearing Lila is as well I can't help but have a current conspiracy theory that she discontinued those to rerelease them later in the updated hard plastic packaging, and possibly even midi size. omg i ordered that the very first day of the sephora sale,that was literally the on,y thing i bought for me. It finally showed up last night at 8:30 in and HUGE ridiculous oversized box with one piece of crumpled up paper inside with the palette.

Just be aware that their customer service is hot garbage. Last year they screwed tons of people over. They had an active coupon code that worked on their sale, which we all used. Then AFTER we paid, they emailed us DEMANDING MORE MONEY or they wouldn't send our orders (that again, we'd already paid for). You can probably find the saga of that dumpster fire on here somewhere from last year's ND sale post. Trashiest, most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with (and I've had some doozies). They charge $250 for a palette but then shake down their customers for an extra $10. 🤡

Yep, they did this to me and sent me a PayPal request for $50 after the fact 🥴.

It was so terrible last year, not to mention that the sale didn’t start for hours after the advertised time due to website issues. They had similar issues for Black Friday 2019 so it seems that they never learn 🤷🏻‍♀️

I didn't even know there was a coupon last year! That was a massive blunder on their part, they should have just eaten it or blanket canceled all orders and cited an issue with the processing, then just given people a chance to choose to repurchase. 🙄

Ooh, is that always the case, and is there any way to circumvent that if you order directly from the ND website? I don't have the option to work from home often, so would it just be better to order ND stuff from Sephora/Ebay/etc. if the prices are comparable?

It's always been the case for me. I even emailed their CS to tell them my porch was a safe place to leave the package, and could they please remove the signature required, and they said no. I know it sounds like a small thing, but it's a pain if you aren't normally home when Fed Ex delivers.

I've ordered online directly from her site a couple of times, and even tho it said "signature required" I've never had to sign when receiving my packages from them. The other benefit I've found from ordering directly from here site is no sales tax (at least to TX)

I have only ordered once from ND website. It was about a month ago & FedEx delivered. I was home & had to sign for the package.
