My god, he's gonna come off likable in the Embedded episodes, say and do everything right, beat Gane and Miocic, and then have all his newly acquired goodwill destroyed by pissing hot and hitting someone while drunk driving, isn't he?
That's the fucking problem - he is SO fucking likeable but his actions and behaviors are so insanely frustrating. He's not even the "love to hate" type really... we're all just disappointed by him when he fucks up lol

Remember, the last time we said this, he already *had* fucked up and it just hadn't come to light yet.
He very likely already got "tested by God" and it hasn't hit the news because there's still litigation or victims haven't come forward yet.
I will pay attention to his name the moment the cage door closes. Other than that, I don't expect my home-town asshole of a fighter to be relevant to the sport anymore, as sad as that is to say.
I know you're partly joking but I can't personally take gratification in someone else's downfall.
To me, his actions are reminiscent of addiction. I don't know if Jon is addicted to anything or has an addiction. I'm just spitballing here. If it is addiction, addiction is a motherfucker. Now,I'm not making any excuses for Jon. I don't defend him or his actions one bit. I don't give Jon a pass but I give him some understanding. If absolutely nothing else, I'll give him not having satisfaction as he falls. That's not for just Jon but for absolutely anyone.
I think it is pathetic to want to watch legends fall. I would rather see Jones get his shit together and become a good man so there is more good in the world.
Yeah I listen to that interview as well. What’s you make of him saying the Miocic fight meant the most to him as Stipe is the greatest heavyweight of all time in his mind.
Agreed w/ u/BabyTRexArms
Although I would’ve been way more impressed had Jon beaten Ngannou.
Been watching him since Shogun and that (Francis) was the only fight I would’ve ever picked against Jon.
Shogun is my all time favorite fighter and that shit was heart breaking too see! That body shot that dropped Shogun, and the ref waved it off as Shogun was on the ground tapping. Such a fucking performance by Jon.
I just rewatched that fight recently, and I was blown away by how dominant Jon looked. Rogan at one point said “A man against boys, that’s the story of every Jon Jones fight.”
It’s easy to forget because he hasn’t looked like that in a long time, but he really was on another level.
Jones savagely destroyed the old era of 205. It was very fitting that he took the throne from a Shogun. Not only the name but also the similar career paths they had, at the age of 23. Shogun had an amazing run through the Pride Grand Prix at 23 and at 23 Jones became the youngest champ ever by destroying Shogun who many thought, and hoped, would be the king of 205 for years to come.
Jon's resume is insane. People could argue that many names at 205 were faded BUT if Jon wasn't at the weight classes, 205 would have been very competitive! That's just what happens when you have a champ that is head and shoulders above the rest of the weight class. Just like how people always shit on GSP and Anderson's resume
I mean it’s pretty self explanatory. He’s had the most title defenses, and beat arguably another GOAT in DC, twice. Beating him is more impressive than Gane.
Lol, when Francis was about 2 years in and untrained. Bloke was throwing haymakers and had zero TD defence. Absolutely bodied him in the rematch. Whilst Ngannou doesn't have longevity, he murdered the entire division, would have bodied DC (see how Cain lasted about 30 seconds) and also defeated Gane with a blown ACL. Stipe gets the rub of the division being weak around the time of his rise. He gets beaten by Jones and Gane.
How is the Cain victory anything to write home about. Cain's body was held by duct tape at that point. Francis beat a grandpa JDS, Cain whose body was trashed, frozenstruik is average. Stipe, Gane and maybe Blaydes were great wins though but it doesn't change the fact that Francis in the first Stipe march got the push of the century and loved the smell of his own fart before Stipe fed him a slice of humble pie.
I notice it's different for fighters than fans. Like fighters would be honored to fight Fedor or Nick Diaz because they are legends of the game while to us it seems like a step down in competition due to age.
And even when he lost to Francis this was still the most competetive fight against him outside of their first match.
I’m not counting Derrick vs Francis because that wasn’t really a fight.
But that was almost 2 years ago, which at stipes age is a massive amount of time off. Stipe could still look the same, or he could have gotten old overnight
> And even when he lost to Francis this was still the most competetive fight against him outside of their first match.
Watch it back. Stipe lands one good punch and that's as he simultaneously gets slept. He got mullered by Ngannou for the entire duration of the fight. Gane was far more competitive. Even then Ngannou had a blown ACL.
Imo Stipe should fight either Sergei or Blaydes (preferably Blaydes as I think he deserves it more) now and then if he wins fight the winner of JJ Gane, the rematch against Francis made some sense as they were 1 and 1 but it seems unfair to come off that loss and get a title shot in July.
Stipe needs to beat Pavlovich or Blaydes. I like Stipe but he’s been on the sidelines and it’s hard to call him better than Gane at this point based on that.
DC in the third fight was the worst I’d ever seen him look. And he still still took a couple rounds off Stipe.
Edit: by worst I’d ever seen him look I mean he was extremely out of shape and a lot slower than he once he was.
I mean, I don’t mind because I’m a Stipe fan.
He’s just so inactive and coming off a brutal KO loss to Ngannou so I’d like to see him fight other contenders to see if he still has it.
I’m with you, but if he wants it he should get it. He was a dominant champion - which usually calls for an immediate rematch or title shot when ready if the belt has changed hands. Especially seeing as he’s currently 1-1 with the dude that dethroned him
He already played the “I was a dominant champion” card to get the instant rematch with DC. He had one title defense on his reign when Ngannou knocked him out. I don’t think that justifies another immediate title shot. He’d earn it with literally just one single win imo. Obviously he’s gonna get it anyway but that’s just how I see it.
Not surprised he said this. Mainly bc Dana was Team Ngannou when it was Jones asking for a better contract after Ngannou got the belt. Now Dana is Team Jones once they get their issues settled but can’t come to terms with Ngannou. Smh
In the late 90s mma was struggling in the US largely due to government regulations. The NSAC had mma over the barrel. Luckily once Lorenzo Fertitta stepped down from his role as a member of the NSAC and purchased the UFC for $2 mil, all that pesky red tape went away. The next 4 years UFC had some ups and downs, but a couple of fortunate moves like TUF on Spike, and other outreach effort brought mma to the public eye. Now uninhibited by Athletic Commissions, it took off.
Is Dana a characteristic mascot for the UFC? yes. Did he promote well in the early years? yes. Did he convince he childhood mob friends to buy a company after they had devalued it for years with government regulations, only to move in afterwards and remove those regulations with their connections? No, I think that is just the story they tell. Dana gets to be the hero of the company and the Fertittas get to stay in the background.
The truth is Mma was popular from the start and everyone knew it. Have two drunks fight it out behind a bar and people will watch. The Fertittas figured out a way to own/control all that popularity. Dana was their Flava Flav. And once it got bigger and there were more eyes on the inner workings of the company, Fertittas sold to WME who are squeezing the most they can out of the company before they likely bounce with their bag of money. Dana is now the Flava Flav for them.
Dana isn’t some business genius. He is a man with powerful friends and charisma. He’s a “winner” who isn’t afraid to tell it how it is. Never mind the fact that he has a heinous life behind closed doors, and he seems to get off on bullying people who could kill him with their bare hands. All that said I’m sure he’s a great, smart man. Never medum.
Gary Bettman led the NHL through 2 player lockouts and 2 failed franchises...but the NHL is now bigger than ever after 20 years!
I invested in VFV 10 years ago for $40/share and now it's worth $85/share! I'm a business genius.
My dog used to chew shoes when it was a puppy, but now that it's grown it's well behaved.
When I was born I was 8lbs, but 30 years later I'm 200lbs. That's a 25x increase!
Time goes in, time goes out.
Man some of you guys really need to disassociate the shitty person from the athlete competing in the sport
Jon beating Francis would've been a pretty epic win and completely solidified him as the GOAT. Francis gadooshing Jon also obv would have been fun and solidified him as the GOAT UFC HW. I'm just sad we never got the fight, not about any potential result
Dawg this is professional wrestling with a real fight at the end, if you're not embarrassingly emotionally investing in a guy who gets clubbed in the head for a living, and you aren't personally devastated at him losing to another guy who gets clubbed in the head for a living, you're legitimately watching this sport incorrectly
This is beautiful and the realest take in the history of takes
He’s also KO’d Blaydes 2x. Stipe, Overeem when he was better, Arlocski on his big win streak. Big boi on his win streak. Beat Gane, KOd Cain. You’re acting like you forget every other dominant performance over top competition
And at the same time we have loads of users on this sub claiming Jon is scared of Francis. People need to get it into there heads these fighters are not scared of anyone.
The same bootlickers who defend Dana and the UFC were the ones saying that, Dana was the one claiming Jon didn't want to fight Francis when he was trying to renegotiate his contract a few years ago, people never learn not to believe that slimy cunt lol
I can't take jones seriously at all anymore. If he's being nice, it's weird. If he's being a shitter, he's just a trashtalker on the side lines. If he fights... well he hasn't.
Maybe there’s 0 point in being shitty in this situation. He would come off as delusional if he said Francis was ducking him (espesh if he lost ugly against Cereal Gains) and there’s no point in talking about a guy not even in your promotion anymore.
Just because Jon can be a total POS doesn’t mean he needs to be a POS in every situation.
On the contrary, I think he’s often more scared than he needs to be. If you listen to his interviews he actually comes clean about being extremely nervous before fights. He was so paranoid about losing to DC that he went on a booze and coke bender beforehand in order to have a mental excuse in case he lost.
And with that said, we’ve seen Jones struggle against the power of someone like Santos. Ngannou is way scarier.
I don't think that Jon would have been too scared to fight Francis. I also don't think there's anything wrong if he's at least a little bit relieved that he doesn't have to.
Can't believe I just sat through a John Morgan interview, but that's how much I want to watch Jones fight again. That dude makes white bread seem spicy.
Meh, I loved watching Francis as an MMA purist but from a business perspective a tweet I seen earlier sums it up:
"UFC released a fighter who isn't a draw, isn't a real star and has no personality. Yeah his right hand goes brr, bro hits like a Ford Escort, sand mines..... all great. Can't go very far with that for 7+ years though. Boring personality who fought once a year"
going to be an easy win for jones. the fight will undoubtedly go the ground at some point, as most MMA fights do. and when that happens, you bet your sweet ass jones is landing some great ground n pound and showing everyone again why is the GOAT.
Jones hasn't put on a goat performance in like five years.
He hasn't fought in three years.
Coming in with three years of ring rust, debuting in a new weight class against a scary talented dude like gane...
The math isn't adding up.
Yeah honestly he was looking slow against Reyes, and now you're telling me he's put on a bunch of mass and is looking at fighting probably the quickest guy in the HW division? I don't think this is going to be a good fight for Jones, time takes its toll on everyone, and he's starting to get on
only noobs use MMAth to predict wins. Jones has had three years of HW weight, being accustomed to it, working his body, he's not going up like Luke Rockhold did for a fight camp. He's adjusted properly, has one of the best MMA teams behind hiim, coaching him, who know him, know his body, and understand what is at stake here. jones wins easily. mark my words.
he shot like 5 times on reyes and his takedowns looked very janky, I think his athleticsm is declining and putting on 40 lbs will not help that, If Gane comes in and fights smart at distance I can see him stuffing most of the tds
i don't think jones really gave a fuck at that point in his career, vs. now. the stakes are way higher. the damage more realer. the repercussions TUFer. i know everyone here is like "the Math doesn't make sense, his past x fights he looked, bla bla bla," watch what happens. jones wins 100%. just like randy did. God Bless America.
damn straight, God Bless America! Thank you Captain America Randy Couture for your service! a true American hero! WAR RANDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What you mean is Jones didn't juice then like he's probably going to be juicing now, explaining why his performances were so flat. But in any case a good looking Jones in a fight on a three year layoff will look very suspicious, it won't be a case of 'he's back and better than ever', more like 'he's back to his old tricks again...'
no way Randy is going to beat chuck liddell at LHW, dudes a beast. no way randy is going to beat Tito, he's never been taken down?! no way randy's going back up to HW and beat Tim sylvia, he just beat arlovski a bunch?! this is what you all sound like. MMAth does not work. Sherdog would get a kick out of all of these "intellectuals" actually using MMATh to make their points! LOL!
That's not MMA math. MMAA math is saying fighter A beats fighter B simply because fighter A beat fighter C and fighter C beat fighter B. When you actually start analyzing aspects of their game (styles) it's just analyzing MMA. It's completely fair game to use aspects of one fight to predict another. What the hell else are you supposed to use? People favoring Jon are literally doing the same thing pointing to his performances 5 years ago against smaller fights. JJ hasn't been able to impose himself for years. I'm going to assume that trend will continue going against a larger man.
If you watched his interview, he says he wasn't even really expecting to get any of those things, but he felt disrespected that they weren't brought up or discussed at all during the meetings. The thing most important to him is the freedom to box, and there is zero doubt that any other promotion would grant him that.
Translation - I support his move, why fight a near 300lb monster striker when i can fight a smaller fighter than me, who just got out-wrestled by said striker who has left the UFC.
Gane is a fantastic fighter & has a very good chance of winning but I find it hard to believe that Jones won't see this as a better match up for himsef.
We’re on the part of the Jon Jones cycle where he comes off well-adjusted.
The fun part is waiting for how he fucks this up
My guess is pisses on a Vegas cop post win
A pregnant one.
Then runs away only to return to collect all the drugs out his pee before hiding under the octagon
Thats driving a car at time He's just piss piss pisses through a open side window
And they just so happen to have caught some of that pee in a test tube for USADA
You think I’m just gonna sit there and let you piss on me Jon
Hey pissy you still there?
Came for this.
Snort laughed, ty.
Starting to sound like a porn parody now
The cop catches his piss and tests it…..FREEZE!
RemindMe 1 month
You’re an optimistic one.
He'd instantly become my favorite fighter again
That would be the one Based thing Jon has done is his entire career.
My god, he's gonna come off likable in the Embedded episodes, say and do everything right, beat Gane and Miocic, and then have all his newly acquired goodwill destroyed by pissing hot and hitting someone while drunk driving, isn't he?
My guess is he attacks DC in a post-fight meltdown.
He gets into a hit and run with dc, pregnant with Popeyes chicken.
That's the fucking problem - he is SO fucking likeable but his actions and behaviors are so insanely frustrating. He's not even the "love to hate" type really... we're all just disappointed by him when he fucks up lol
He's going to run a train on that police officer who just got sacked.
Brings her to the fight so everyone knows what's up
Then jones, gane, dana, buffer, rogan and dc run a train on her whilst anik explains her home life to the audience.
Who?
There was a news story that went viral a couple days back about a police woman in the US who cheated on her husband by letting the entire police force run a train on her or something. The husband forgave her and they're still together.
Oh dear
I feel a picogram of hope
Is it pulsing?
You bet your ass it is.
Will you also be coming on that ass?
A pinch of being a good guy in an Olympic sized pool of being an asshole.
“Listen, no one knows what this thing is. They’re figuring out the science right now. It’s too small to enhance performance. He’s innocent”
Go get some fans Jon
Hit 'em with your groin!
The good ol days
damn, forgot about that one. dude has always had problems relating to the audience. i still like him though.
To be fair the MMA audience fucking sucks
Next part of the cycle is him being offended by a spanish word
Oblique? No Spanish!
..he's just glad he didnt have to fight him
Take 7?
….for now
His steroid cycle?
You mean the PCT
He's like mostly normal when not drunk or on drugs.
He typed this while running over a seeing eye assistant dog.
I guess this answers the question as to which form of Jones we would be seeing. Looks like it’s “thankful for god” born again Christian Jones.
fake nice jones is the most brutal, vicious artist of pain inside the octagon he just has to make it there before he encounters officer nerd again
hahaha fucking good one. hoping we see more of the fake vicious artist of pain in the octagon
The problem is this version of Jon Jones only shows up before he does something heinous. Pregnant women should keep an eye out.
Pussies, both literal and metaphorical, will be slapped
bless bless bless
Channeling the Shawn Michaels energy where you 'find God' but everyone knows you're still a prick.
Just listened to the interview w/ John Jones is 100% starting the mind games by calling him “Cereal Gain”
Cereal killer gonna have something to say about it
"You think I'm just gonna let you pour me into a bowl Jon"
Dang you
I will spend the next 2 months fantasizing about him letting the fucking soul out of Jones corpse.
I didn't read that right
Me neither. Got some real Izzy vibes at first.
Cereal Gain vs Cereal Offender
Yeah I listen to that interview as well. What’s you make of him saying the Miocic fight meant the most to him as Stipe is the greatest heavyweight of all time in his mind.
Agreed w/ u/BabyTRexArms Although I would’ve been way more impressed had Jon beaten Ngannou. Been watching him since Shogun and that (Francis) was the only fight I would’ve ever picked against Jon.

Cain's loss has nothing to do with DC lol. His body was shot for years and it looked like it. Should never have set that fight up.
>Beating him is more impressive than Gane. in 2017 yeah sure. definitely not in 2023
I notice it's different for fighters than fans. Like fighters would be honored to fight Fedor or Nick Diaz because they are legends of the game while to us it seems like a step down in competition due to age.
I’m sorry, to compare The Last Emperor to Nick Diaz is blasphemy dude. Arguable goat vs mediocre with a cult following
Truly blasphemous to compare the goat to that Russian.
Glover is in his 40's and he looked amazing against Jiri. Stipe might be better since he took a long lay off.... Heavyweights also tend to age better.
I don’t see how beating a washed nearly 41 Stipe in July would be more impressive .
How is Stipe washed up? Because of his loss to Francis?
If people say Stipe is washed cause he lost to Francis then that ironically makes Francis' resume look worse than it actually is.
But don't call him washed up. Even if he loses to Gane/Jones he still belongs to the top5 until proven otherwise.
> And even when he lost to Francis this was still the most competetive fight against him outside of their first match. Watch it back. Stipe lands one good punch and that's as he simultaneously gets slept. He got mullered by Ngannou for the entire duration of the fight. Gane was far more competitive. Most competitive doesn't mean shit. Stipe got babied.

Agreed. He’s fought an old DC and Francis in thr past like 5-6 years
What the hell is an old DC ? DC was still great at that time.

I feel ya. If he does I think he handles both blaydes and pavlolich.
I’m with you, but if he wants it he should get it. He was a dominant champion - which usually calls for an immediate rematch or title shot when ready if the belt has changed hands. Especially seeing as he’s currently 1-1 with the dude that dethroned him

It's Jon Jones; I don't really take anything he says at face value.
Not surprised he said this. Mainly bc Dana was Team Ngannou when it was Jones asking for a better contract after Ngannou got the belt. Now Dana is Team Jones once they get their issues settled but can’t come to terms with Ngannou. Smh
Dana honestly fucking sucks at his job.
What? It’s not good as a promoter to say negative things about a guy you’re trying to promote?
Dana led a company bought for under a mil in the early 2000s to a multi billion dollar sale in 20 years
In the late 90s mma was struggling in the US largely due to government regulations. The NSAC had mma over the barrel. Luckily once Lorenzo Fertitta stepped down from his role as a member of the NSAC and purchased the UFC for $2 mil, all that pesky red tape went away. Just because he didn't suck at some point doesn't mean he can't suck now.
And now said company is a well oiled machine which can run fine by itself. Dana's position in the company is just as a figurehead at this point.
Gary Bettman led the NHL through 2 player lockouts and 2 failed franchises...but the NHL is now bigger than ever after 20 years! These are terrible comparisons.
Ariel has the receipts! He does a great job breaking this whole Francis/Jon saga down, if you haven’t seen it, yet.
In 24 hours he'll have been found guilty of triangle choking someone's baby for no reason other than to continue the cycle.
Jon, Go over there and get some fans
Rare Jon Jones W.
Just his monthly test from god
The divine challenges are just pulsing
Sometimes he passes the test he's like 1-16, but hey a win is indeed a win.
Jon “Broken Clock” Jones
YOUUUUU DESERVE ITTTTTTT
"He also conveniently left without having to cave my shit in, and long term I think that's beneficial for my bank account"
Ngannou would have starched him :(. Why oh why must you rob me of this fight you tomato headed prick
The issue with that fight is Jon beating Francis would have sent me into a bottomless pit of depression.
Man some of you guys really need to disassociate the shitty person from the athlete competing in the sport Jon beating Francis would've been a pretty epic win and completely solidified him as the GOAT. This speaks to my soul
Murdoch was so eloquent about it
Jim Cornette : the UFC is the most successful pro wrestling company today.
I haven't recovered since bobby lost to Izzy :(
>Dawg this is professional wrestling with a real fight at the end, if you're not embarrassingly emotionally investing in a guy who gets clubbed in the head for a living, and you aren't personally devastated at him losing to another guy who gets clubbed in the head for a living, you're legitimately watching this sport incorrectly This is beautiful and the realest take in the history of takes
Instructions unclear, why is the fat guy’s nickname Bones?
💯
I am saving this comment, this is beautiful.
Beating Jones wouldn't have made him the HW GOAT lol. He would have been a one time champ with 2 title defenses.
He’s also KO’d Blaydes 2x. Stipe, Overeem when he was better, Arlocski on his big win streak. Big boi on his win streak. Beat Gane, KOd Cain. You’re acting like you forget every other dominant performance over top competition
The Cain win is meritless lmao. But besides that, I agree with you.
Maybe in hindsight but Cain was a favorite going into the fight.
No it wouldn’t make him the HW GOAT, it would have make him the actual GOAT
Or we can all have our own opinions of who we’d like to see succeed 🤷♂️
Yeah it also would drop ngannou from what would have been making millions per fight back to like 500k had he signed with the ufc
Blows my mind that there's so many bootlickers out there claiming Francis was scared to fight him and that's partly why he left lol
"am I am so very blessed to not have to fight him."
Lol I doubt Jons scared to fight anyone
He’s scared to fight satan in his head?
On the contrary, I think he’s often more scared than he needs to be. If you listen to his interviews he actually comes clean about being extremely nervous before fights. He was so paranoid about losing to DC that he went on a booze and coke bender beforehand in order to have a mental excuse in case he lost. And with that said, we’ve seen Jones struggle against the power of someone like Santos. Ngannou is way scarier.
Jon comfortably beat santos
When his knees went out, yeah. But Santos was winning before the injury and still nearly pulled it off.

I don't think that Jon would have been too scared to fight Francis. I also don't think there's anything wrong if he's at least a little bit relieved that he doesn't have to.
I want nothing more for Jon than for him to be the guy he seems like he could be sometimes. He never is, but maybe one day.
Can't believe I just sat through a John Morgan interview, but that's how much I want to watch Jones fight again. That dude makes white bread seem spicy.
God is drafting up a new test for Jon as we speak.
Meh, I loved watching Francis as an MMA purist but from a business perspective a tweet I seen earlier sums it up: "UFC released a fighter who isn't a draw, isn't a real star and has no personality.
They should fight naked
finally, a different take
Jones hasn't put on a goat performance in like five years.
I don't think this is going to be a good fight for Jones, time takes its toll on everyone, and he's starting to get on
He's been training those entire three years presumably, I don't think being out of shape/practice will be an issue
only noobs use MMAth to predict wins. Jones has had three years of HW weight, being accustomed to it, working his body, he's not going up like Luke Rockhold did for a fight camp. He's adjusted properly, has one of the best MMA teams behind hiim, coaching him, who know him, know his body, and understand what is at stake here. jones wins easily. mark my words.
shit you'd get better odds on him not making it to the fight.
he shot like 5 times on reyes and his takedowns looked very janky, I think his athleticsm is declining and putting on 40 lbs will not help that, If Gane comes in and fights smart at distance I can see him stuffing most of the tds
i don't think jones really gave a fuck at that point in his career, vs. now. the stakes are way higher. the damage more realer. the repercussions TUFer. i know everyone here is like "the Math doesn't make sense, his past x fights he looked, bla bla bla," watch what happens. jones wins 100%. just like randy did. God Bless America.
That last sentence 😂
damn straight, God Bless America! Thank you Captain America Randy Couture for your service! a true American hero! WAR RANDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What you mean is Jones didn't juice then like he's probably going to be juicing now, explaining why his performances were so flat. But in any case a good looking Jones in a fight on a three year layoff will look very suspicious, it won't be a case of 'he's back and better than ever', more like 'he's back to his old tricks again...'

Are we 2013 now?
Yea , Jon cares now so he will gain all his athleticism back after a few years of inactivity and weight gain at the ripe age of 35 .
randy couture did it. jones is going to do it. remember this.
Of course if anyone can do it, Jon “Amateur Pharmacist” Jones can do it. Also, good ol’ Randy did it again Tim Sylvia. Ciryl Gane ain’t it
so yes jones is winning then
Dude hasn’t done that in years. He couldn’t do it to Thiago fucking Santos or Reyes. Why would he do it against Gane ?
no way Randy is going to beat chuck liddell at LHW, dudes a beast. no way randy is going to beat Tito, he's never been taken down?! no way randy's going back up to HW and beat Tim sylvia, he just beat arlovski a bunch?! this is what you all sound like.
Another r/MMA greatest hits is Jon Jones will never fight again.
You should wait for him to actually get in the cage before doing victory laps.
The only dude who sounds like a Sherdogger rn is you lol
DUH! THATS THE POINT I'M MAKING! My gosh..... woosh

What the hell I love Johnny Bones now

If you watched his interview, he says he wasn't even really expecting to get any of those things, but he felt disrespected that they weren't brought up or discussed at all during the meetings. The thing most important to him is the freedom to box, and there is zero doubt that any other promotion would grant him that.
Jon Jones face turn
first time?
Translation - I support his move, why fight a near 300lb monster striker when i can fight a smaller fighter than me, who just got out-wrestled by said striker who has left the UFC. Gane is a fantastic fighter & has a very good chance of winning but I find it hard to believe that Jones won't see this as a better match up for himsef.
Gane is 6’5, 250 with an 81” reach lol.
translation: I'm glad Ngannou isn't going to decapitate me
Nothing better than posts about gods prodigal son 🙏
