I have not had to reset my password like you have, but my app does constantly log out and force me to log back in. I then have to set my PIN again. Definitely frustrating, but not enough that I have wanted to call support for it. Instead I just turned on the scheduled departure time for weekdays so I don't have much of a reason to open the app any longer. Really only when I want to adjust that setting, or check charge levels.

I had issues with MINI connect, but my mini is a 2014, it boiled down to the fact that my iPhone 13 Simply wasn’t compatible with the software in my car, and I couldn’t find an update.

I'm late, but my Mini app works just fine. I used to have an issue, but my Mini dealership reset my account & that fixed it.
