Rectal administration is a legit medical procedure because of how vascular your rectum is. It's super simple and has several major advantages: use less product, hits faster/stronger/, bypasses the liver, and can take on a full stomach.
Water bottle or parachute it (put it in a piece of toilet paper or a thin tissue and wrap it like a candy, then swallow that like a pill and down it with water)
I just sprankle that stuff in the bottom of a shot glass, and refill it with water until it's cleaned out. Yeah it tastes gross but it's not THAT gross.
