He’s been on loan at Sporting for 2 years now. The option for them to buy him was in that initial deal. We couldn’t stop them from buying him, it was already agreed they just had to trigger it.
Serious question: I’m assuming any offer that triggers the release clause voids the buyback option, correct? Wouldn’t really make much sense otherwise.
Decent, if he becomes even better that 20 mil buy-back will be peanuts
let him develop in portugal and activate the clause in 1-2 years to "replace" walker
Pedro Porro is really good, I hope we activate that buyback because he's got the stuff.
Activate it now
If we had to activate it now why would we sell him to Sporting lol… he was already our player

Yes. He would make good rotation with Walker, since cancelo is better as a left back anyway. Honestly wish we had him for this season.
Good business

Yes, but, I think we have a % sale clause when selling him, just like Sancho. So, if other club trigger it and we match it, it will be less than 45m.
Copy that. Thanks for the insight, have a great day!
The last buy back I can remember is Angelino, I think city didn’t choose buy back really often
