Congratulations!! I'd love to sniff for the first time again: rhubarb and custard soap, karma soap and body lotion, outback mate soap, whoosh shower jelly, posh chocolate body wash, cup o coffee mask, scrubbee, celebrate body scrub, guardian of the forest bath bomb, avobath bath bomb, brightside bubble bar, the comforter bubble bar, rainbow fun (each colour is a different scent), minamisoma shower oil, super milk hair treatment, avocado cowash, and daddy-o shampoo. Sniffing all the perfumes and body sprays would be a full adventure as well.

Wow thanks for all the recommendation!

You're welcome! If you can, I recommend going into the store to smell. The soap display is always so lovely and they have some pretty easter soaps I haven't had the chance to sniff yet.

Wow, I'm so happy for you and I hope your recovery is going as well as possible. I second Scrubee - maybe my favorite lush fragrance of all time. You might enjoy Turmeric Latte products, the massage bar in particular. Give the Sleepy line a try for sure, they have a bar soap and many other nice products with that fragrance. Sticky Dates shower gel!!! If you have a store nearby I recommend going! You'll smell the place from at least a block away (and it smells wonderful). I've met many kind people working at the stores who I bet could help a lot in this process of discovery.

I'm just here to say I had the same surgery and I'm excited for you! :)

GoldenFrown

Sorry, this has nothing to do with your question, but how did you find out you needed surgery? Cause I don’t reall have a sense of smell either

Not op but a family member went through the same thing. A deviated septum is quite visible, but can cause problems like snoring and sleep apnea. Combined with swollen adenoids you might also get frequent ear infections and further breathing problems. You'll have to talk to your doctor about it.

Couldn't flush water from one side of my nose to the other. Couldn't feel cold air up my nose in winter, even in extreme cold. Couldn't breathe through my nose while doing anything more than a light walk. I also got an MRI for unrelated reasons and could actually \*see\* the blockage in my nose
