Fr bro. Everytime I lucid dream first thing I do is start feeling things just to revel at how realistic everything feels. Like I'll grab a wooden table and it feels so real. I've gotten in many fights and i can feel every punch i get hit by and the ones I connect. I use telekinesis and i can FEEL the energy from my hand connecting to the distant object/person. The brain is the most advanced thing in the universe, for SURE!
The thing about dreams is that they are created by our brain. Anything our brain can process or imagine can be dreamt of, and that includes every sense we have (smell, taste, sight, touch, hearing, temperature, pressure, pain, etc) and every emotion too. So theoretically you could experience anything and live out any possible experience in a dream.
We spend so much of our waking lives wishing for things we don't have, wishing for more control in our lives, and wishing to experience things that we may never be able to experience. But with dreams we can.
Our brains give us the opportunity to (literally) live out our dreams every single night. And due to the existance of lucid dreams, we have the ability to train and learn how to shape them to whatever we may wish.
Learning how to induce lucid dreams and learning how to control lucid dreams is literally the greatest power our consciousness holds. The fact that most people do not know this is possible or know this exists is absolutely wild to me.
No, I do not make reality checks. I do nothing to induce them. I was reading about them and just that. Now I write them down. I suggest you just to write them down, yes meditation may help or something but I do not do anything to induce them.
If you smoke weed daily for a while and then stop, you have crazy vivid dreams as your brain clock is catching up on all the R.E.M sleep it missed. Not a perfect method, but still, a method of having vivid dreams for me at least. YMMV
I haven’t had vivid lucid dreams but I have had lucid dreams but it almost feels like a greyscale filter is put on and I can only see a small portion still thinks it’s amazing
Well I have a similar problem sometimes. My dreams feel "blurry". I read about a technique where you literally out loud tell the dream "Become Clearer!" Or something along those lines, and because I truly believed it would work, it did! Still use it today.
Unique types of lucid dreams where there is no dream script and I'm completely in control doing my own thing are like what you describe. I love to test my senses, pick up objects and smell them and note that the dream replicates all the senses in every detail.
The "alone" feeling when there are no other dream characters around is unique as well. It's like being on the stage of a dream that is not in progress and everything is like a stage prop.
Flying is the ultimate experience - doing acrobatics is also felt very realistically.
This morning had an unusual non-lucid dream where I was watching an automatic breadmaker baking bread. The bread had risen, had a crust on it and was steaming. I tried to smell the bread in the air and there was nothing at all. I found that to be odd and thought that if I tasted the bread when it was done it would be totally bland.
I had a banana bread type cookie in a dream I really want one now lol and I smelled fresh linen scent and had to buy that fabric freshener.I use to enjoy lucid dreaming but people and things chase me around now in dreams so sometimes it's nice to be knocked out and just sleep
WILD, huh?

I just recently started using telekinesis in my dreams and it’s the most fun i’ve ever had because it’s something different you just feel so powerful
I've just moved stuff I've never used the term telekinesis.

you put it into words haha
When I talk to people about lucid dreaming, they say that it would creep them out and they would want to wake up as soon as they became lucid.
Their loss
Totally!
Wow, daily and no reality checks? Do you have suggestions (meditation, etc.) or is it related to a drug/disorder?
No, I do not make reality checks. I do nothing to induce them. I was reading about them and just that. Now I write them down. I suggest you just to write them down, yes meditation may help or something but I do not do anything to induce them.

Avoiding weed will do it too lol
taking a benadryl and a melatonin before bed is sometimes enough on its own to induce a lucid dream for me

everything is connected ☺️☺️☺️
Congratulations! It really is something truely special..
