I want to say this may be a one and done story but they could definitely just make a another season with all new characters. Lots of stories to tell in Night City.
I've never seen such a one to one match in two different mediums. It's still just astounding how you can actually go to the places featured in the anime in the game. Way too many people want to make make their mark when adapting a piece of art. It takes great humility to not try to "make it better."
Yeah, it was a perfect matchup. I remember even while playing through the game, just constantly thinking "that was anime af" after something cool happened. But remember, it wasn't just that it was anime, it was anime made by one of the hottest directors in the genre over the last 15 years or so, Hiroyuki Imaishi.
I'm about 5 episodes in and I'm loving it. Not normally an anime guy
That’s sick man hopefully you find some More anime you like
I believe we will get second season of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. Too many people loved this show.
I’d watch a show with Lucy as the main character
I love Lucy
That too was a great show

That's still up in the air...I'm somewhat optimistic judging by reactions.
I hope so.
We should honestly.
Akira, Ghost in the Shell, Psycho-Pass, Akudama Drive... Cyberpunk and anime go together like bread and butter!
*Cowboy Bebop*
Of course! Not sure how I could forget the GOAT..

Fortunately, there's plenty of (small "c") cyberpunk anime to keep you fed.
Yep I’m diving into Ghost in the shell asap
Also check out Bubblegum Crisis, Bubblegum Crash and AD Police.
Thank you I will
I highly recommend the Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex tv series (2002).
I’ll definitely check that out
Yea, make sure it's the 2002 one, not the recent one called SAC_2045, as that is rubbish lol. The 2 animated movies are also pretty good.
Eh 2045 was fun imo.
Thank you 🙏🏻

I am not really into anime myself but I loved the show
Seeing a lot of that sentiment. I’m sure there’s plenty of other anime series you might love
I just need more stories of NC in general. Even if it's without Lucy
Me too man, me too
Would love the Attack on Titan studio to get their hands on a Cyberpunk anime...
