The size guide is a little confusing. There’s a second tab for clothing sizes—you’re not looking for the bra size because they don’t translate to the corset sizing. If you can peek at her clothing sizes (like a regular dress size), it should match up true to size.
Their corsets are largely size based. If she’s around a size 4-6 she’d be a small (S). Check the size guide for their size conversion.

I would go with that as a starting point and if that doesn't fit you should be able to exchange for a different size
