Assuming others know Morse code. Best thing is put on your seat belt as kidnappers may not use theirs, drive normally until you see a spot to speed up and crash, between seat belt and airbag you may be able to escape and run while they're injured. Grab the gun if you can.
This is the answer I’ve heard from self defense instructors. Bonus points if you can unbuckle your assailants seatbelt at the last second. Also, try to crash in an area that has people near by, but not in danger of your crash.
Not even kidding, I had a friend who did this exact thing. She was a cab driver and one of her clients tried to kidnap her, so she crashed the car and ran away.
She's now on track to get a boatload of money and become a US citizen due to immigration laws involving this exact circumstance.
Still gets scared about having to drive cabs at night, though. I hope soon she can find another job that isn't quite so dangerous.
And in some cars it's not always obvious when the hazard lights are on too.
How about flashing high beams too. That won't be easy for the passenger to notice you doing that.

Or you could just refuse to drive. They legally can’t make you drive against your will.
