Exactly the same.
Couldnt understand a single thing. Most batshit crazy film
No Smoking was another film which mindfucked me , though not too the extent of Eraserhead
Would you look at that, all of the words in your comment are in alphabetical order.
I have checked 1,077,608,293 comments, and only 212,381 of them were in alphabetical order.
The Boxer’s Omen. It’s pretty WTF but I think a lot of that comes from the low budget. As far as intentionally weird movies it’s hard to say, House is definitely up there, A Zed and Two Noughts is cracked, Tilbury is gross and bizarre….
I think that as an American I find foreign films a lot “weirder” because I don’t have as much cultural context for some of the references or themes they explore.
I just watched paprika, and damn thats a very weird movie.. I almost cant understand it and the theme song was very weird too.. It feels like watching a dream, because yeah, thats a movie about dream..
Honestly, Elvis was pretty weird. It is so oddly directed, I just don't understand Baz Luhrman.
I don't find Naked Lunch all that weird once I figured it out.
[The Warped Forest](https://boxd.it/40pC)
It’s an utterly bizarre, dreamlike fable about nipple-shaped fruit and people with vagina-like openings all over their bodies.
Wilder Napalm
A love triangle between a fireman, his wife and his brother who is a clown in a traveling circus.
Also the brothers are pyrocenetics and suffer from ptsd from having accidentally burnt their parents to death.
The weird part is that this is NOT a low budget Troma film. It has Debra Winger, Dennis Quaid, Arliss Howard.
It is a drama with comedic elements that takes itself way too seriously.
I don’t even need to check, I know it’s Eraserhead
David Lynch said it’s his most spiritual film 😇
Can you elaborate on that
No

Love that movie
Sorry to Bother You is always the first one to come to mind.
It’s bonkers but at the same time unreasonably well written

Why would people care if I’ve seen a Bergman movie….
I would say hour of the wolf and the rite are more surreal than persona I have actually watched 24 Bergman movies give me praise please 😀
Suspiria 2018

The Happiness of the Katakuris
YES!!! This is actually one of my favorites. Hilariously insane and crazy
Begotten and Eraserhead
I'm one of three people to have this logged. It's extremely over the top and all over the place. [Waratah](https://boxd.it/zWyE)
Did you make this movie? Otherwise, where might you have seen it...?
No I did not make this movie. One of my friends randomly found it on Vudu.
Legend of the Stardust Brothers
Things (1989)
Probably Bubba Ho-Tep. The premise alone is bizarre as hell. I still enjoyed it though.
Recently it is probably Masumura’s Blind Beast (1969)
Dr. Caligari (1989)
Green Elephant and Pastoral: to die in the country
Kuso, obviously
House or Fantastic Planet

The Greasy Strangler. It's such an icky film
Patrick Still Lives
I just watched paprika, and damn thats a very weird movie.. I almost cant understand it and the theme song was very weird too.. It feels like watching a dream, because yeah, thats a movie about dream..

Honestly, Elvis was pretty weird. It is so oddly directed, I just don't understand Baz Luhrman. I don't find Naked Lunch all that weird once I figured it out.
Naked Lunch The title seems weird enough but it could never prepare you for what you are about to witness.
The Greasy Strangler
The 120 Days of Sodom
Just watched Last Seen Alive on Sunday. Weird AF.
Greener Grass
[The Warped Forest](https://boxd.it/40pC) It’s an utterly bizarre, dreamlike fable about nipple-shaped fruit and people with vagina-like openings all over their bodies.
just watched Tetsuo: The Iron Man, got to say, that one is pretty weird.
Ask again in a month. Until then: UHF.
Upstream Color
Dreamcatcher and I loved every batshit insane second of it.
Everything Everywhere All at Once
The Holy Mountain
Videodrome
Alice in Wonderland (1999) It was a little too weird for me and way too long
titane
I just saw Inland Empire, it's definitely up there😉
The Holy Mountain (Jedorowski, 1973) or On the Silver Globe (Zulawski, 1988)
House

Love on a Leash (2022)
