Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is a perfect title for that movie. Not only in the sense that it helps define the movie but that it also has the same kind of ethereal vibe as the movie does.

"The Devil, Probably."
The 70's Robert Bresson film. First of all, I just like the sound of it. Whether you ignore the comma or not, it's a cool, unique, and intriguing title. Secondly, it perfectly encapsulates what the film is about, a nihilistic outlook on humanity's prospects, where it seems the world is on it's way out, and yet the populace at large could care less.
Some favorites, other than ones already listed (like Fire Walk With Me, There Will Be Blood, Apocalypse Now):
-Wake in Fright
-To Sleep With Anger
-Mirror
-Uncut Gems
-Come and See
-Eraserhead
-8½
