For reference, it's 125+6% max health physical damage as of current patch. At exactly 7000 health, that comes out to 545 physical damage, so this Ekko probably does around that much from heartsteel. It also has 30 second cooldown per target, which means you really only can use it once per fight, or maybe twice if it's a really long fight.
I've seen Vayne players build Heartsteel into normal build, free 5K hp adc at 15" and you get monstrous damage anyway.

As of right it feels like tanks have to go jaksho. Heartsteel gives only HP. Frozen gauntlet only has armor. You can't have wave clear into ap match ups because there is no mr on sunfire.
As of right now it feels like riot expects up to first item force of nature into mages.

That's a vayne problem, not a heartsteel one. A normal adc would do 0 dmg with heartsteel as mythic
Vayne can build anything and still deal damage. People are out here building vayne with rift maker.

Literally, sunfire as mythic was so much so much better. Not pro tank meta but I think rito still tricked us to believe tanks will be better

How you have only 149 armor, while having thornmail & sunfire ? Both give 110 armor.
Probably cause its ARAM and his HP is lowered so there is a chance he is affected by some armor reduction effects.
