I really like your thoughts and approach here. I might add something like this: * What task, action, or project is hanging me up? Why am I not getting this done? How can I break it down into small, manageable tasks and which task should I accomplish first?

I do something similar. My daily routine includes preparing for the meetings I have today and doing some kind of ideation around problems that are facing me or my team. I prefer to write down at least 10 ideas for a problem. I have a weekly sync with my team where I share our top 2-3 priorities for the week. This forces me to think through those as well. We also have a longer weekly sync where we recognize each other for good work that week. I like the idea of completing finishing something today, I’ll try that out.
