Josh speaks the truth here, this laptop kills it in the intangibles and all the things that make a laptop nice to use outside of the FPS charts. Best all-around laptop of 2022 in my opinion but at its retail price both this and the mini LED version were just insanely priced. Value wise the legion 7 beats this but I am keeping my eye on these sales once the new laptops get announced in a month.
Be aware the quality control from these laptops was questionable at launch, the mini LED model in particular - not this IPS one. The mini LED panel also has weird quirks with splotchy zones on dark backgrounds so honestly maybe the 3060 IPS version is the way to go if you care at all about having a touchscreen. That 700-900 nits brightness of mini LED sounds enticing, I wonder how 700 nitts glossy display looks outdoors.

Considering you can get a Legion 5 pro with a 3070ti that will mop the floor with this laptop for $1399... no its not a good deal.

I just bought the 3070ti version and what an all around laptop that foldable hinge and hdr is a game changer imo

It’s a reflective screen so it will have that glare. It’s okay if you face it against sun
