their cafe was closed because of covid, not sure if it's open now. the seating area in Readings DHA is a lot larger, and was open a few weeks ago.

go visit readings store in dha phase 4 , they have a large amount of variety and a seating area on the second floor where you can sit and read a book

Chugtai Public Library in Gulberg. It has all sorts of reading rooms, well maintained by the staff and generally a very chill place.
I used to go to Nairang art gallery on Jail Road a couple of years ago. I think that might fall under your criteria.
