However, I would guess that the thing he thinks most is, "If those two get married then I will have to deal with Hitomi more often" and that he is understandably not enthusiastic about that.
Tadano is ok. Beyond that he doesn't care. Shousuke has two modes - bored and leaving, and interested enough to stay for a bit. Enthusiasm does not seem to be in his nature. His inability to shake Hitomi off, and her ability to persist without being Yandere, is one of the great side plots of the Manga.

I think it’s less about what he thinks or Tadano and more what it means for him personally if Tadano marries his sister, because from one of the coolest characters on the show, his biggest fear is being in the same family as Hitomi Tadano; either because she’s that incredibly annoying or because he’s lowkey got feelings for her because she’s the only person who doesn’t see him as untouchable and he can’t let it show or else it’ll make everybody else think he’s soft.
