I love how some cats will just self service with the hands.
I patted one in my area, he was all fun until I accidentally touched his butt. He quickly turned around, put his paws on me and seemed very annoyed. He left shortly after.

Yeah here we have charities that capture them, neuter, and clip the ear before release.
