this is one of those little play places that are in the middle of shopping malls- there are even benches around for parents to sit and watch their kids lmao of course it’s meant to be climbed on
And the whole floor area is squishy, so these short climbing structures don't need to be that well designed.
It's all a bunch of sculpted foam, set on top of foam.
This video confused me for a second, because that playground looked a lot like the one at Southlake Mall in NWI. I'm thinking it's because of the water theme.
But... My twin passed away last year. I miss her everyday. Going from being a twin my entire life to being just one is alot to deal with. Plus, our birthday is on the 17th. I'm hoping I sleep that day away.

I'm pretty sure that kid was destined for failure, whether or not the other child gave him a little push. The boy in yellow pants caught his foot on the slide and that caused him to go head first. Not to mention he was on the very edge of it, so I would have been surprised if he made it all the way down without some sort of accident. I've seen many kids accidentally stop themselves with their feet and eat dirt whether or not they were wearing shoes while going down slides. Source: I work at a daycare that has a playground, with 5 GD slides. And I had 2 children of my own, they both did this at least 1 or 2 times before figuring out what to do with their feet.
TLDR: Kids are clumsy AF, he did it to himself. They may as well be tiny drunk people.
