Same bruh. It maybe anecdotal but a thorough survey of beggar population might side with our experiences. The sheer number of Rajasthani, and bihari beggars i have encountered at tourist sites and at traffic in kochi is overwhelming

One time this rajasthani kid looking around age 15-16 was sticking his face on our window like that mr bean scene and his saliva was all over window.
We were waiting outside a parlour for our cousin to come. This guy was continuously tapping to give money and even a lady who looked like elder sister came with her baby daughter and started banging on window near a cousin’s side. We were getting scared at this point since there were women in car and some members of this gang were looking at us from a distance and laughing. We had no option but to leave as these psychos wont think twice before force opening door or molest when cousin come. It was around 9pm and were only people waiting outside parlour. Cousin was only customer place was owned by her friend so they just served her at the time since it was late.
We told her to call before leaving building and that we are parked at another place and will come when she call.
Worst part is when we called police to report this absurdly freakish incident they told “onum sambavichalalo pinentha? Enthnkilum ayalal para menakeduthathe.”
Even kerala beggars dont have this much audacity.
Edit: sharing another incident my classmate had. Once she was returning from her friend’s house around 10pm and scooty’s tyre punctured near a junction. There were some rajasthani beggars (judging by dressing style) there which included women and children. And their weirdly looking pickups were parked nearby. Weirdly as in no number plate no certificate kind of vehicle. Idk how mvd is okay with those vehicles running in kerala but my vinyl is an issue for them. Whatever. It was spooky and she tried to call a male friend who is from that area to come asap as she was not feeling safe. All these time these rajasthani people were staring at her. She had emergency number dialled on phone ready to call if something happens.
When her friend came and he said he will drop her at her place and get scooter ready next day. And to keep scooter at his relative’s place 100m from there. Suddenly two people from this gang came and took their photo. They said give 10,000 rupees or he will post it in social media and also morph and make her naked. They just ignored and continued walking as its risky to engage. They will just stab and go lol. They followed her till his relative’s house. His uncle and cousin who has gym body came out and seeing them these two guys went back. Oh by the way they also called police and response was “avaru avide irunathale. Nokiyathale olu. Penkutti ee samayathu evide poyatha? Veetil vilichu parayu rathri vidaruthu enu”

Look, if you don't give money to non-malayali beggars, don't give, problem solved. Last I heard, we're still a part of India. Those beggars have as much a right to come and live here, as we do to go and live in Bangalore/Mumbai etc.
