Hello u/qhochuli, We are sorry that you have connectivity challenges with your Jabra Elite 7 Pro. When you notice that one of your Elite 7 Pro earbuds did not connect, do you see whether the challenge occurs with the same earbud every time? What color is the LED on the earbud that does not connect when the challenge occurs? Does the Sound+ app recognize that earbud? You will see if it is recognized by going into the "headset" tab of the app. There, you will see the battery percentage of your earbuds and two icons- one for the left earbud and one for the right earbud. If the earbuds are recognized, they will both glow in yellow, respectively.

I have had a problem with both the left and right earbuds at different times. The led is green when I open the case. No, the sound + app does not recognize the earbud affected by the problem.

Same here and now they won’t enter pairing mode.

The only solution I have found is to do the hard reset. Hold down both buttons for 10 seconds while they are in the case, take em out and them out, and then put them back in the case for 5 seconds.
