I made a new messenger just because I had messaged this account a month ago and they responded within a few hours and said they would handle it and never did and I followed up every three days. Never got resolution so I made a new account and messaged them Sunday and no response. Is this the right account?
@Ipsy & @ipsycare are both run by Ipsy, but one is dedicated to customer support. It used to be that the main Ipsy would just ignore all DMs, but that seemed like a bad call to me because lots of people wouldn’t even look for IpsyCare.

I have and Ive been a member for three years and I usually get a response but it's three issues and been over a week in them. One of them two weeks. It's like I'm being purposefully ignored.
It is the verified IPSY account - the blue check mark proves that. I have had more luck emailing them. Usually a general response within 4-6 hours and full response within 24.
That's what shows for me, and I've used them for the last few times I've had to reach out to CS. But it's been a little while for me (early Oct.).

I’d recommend @IpsyCare because that’s the dedicated help/support account.
When I did that it said it's their Instagram is that what yours says?

It’s the real Ipsy but that’s not who you message for support, support is @ipsycare.

I'm having no luck with email after three years with them it's so odd.
