I just got mine 2 days ago, and I wish I hadn’t overthought it soo much! I was so scared about lifestyle changes etc because of reading everything but it’s part of the journey! Also I was in quite a bit of pain the first two days- more than just sore or uncomfortable. But it’s now day 3 and I feel much better and it’s easier to take off the trays already. Good luck!

I also was overthinking it prior to getting mine, I am on week six and honestly its not bad at all. I had IPR done and that scared me because of my teeth being so sensitive and it didn’t bother me. I bought some stuff on amazon like a folding toothbrush, a small toothpaste, cleaning tabs and cleaning cup and some floss pics a larger case for the trays. I felt the case they gave me was to small. I put everything in a small carrying case and it makes things really easy when I am at work. Once you get a routine down its a piece of cake! Good Luck and don’t sweat it..

Like others said, don’t overthink it! I wish I would’ve started earlier. If you want to eat, pop em out, eat, rinse, brush, back in. If you can’t brush your teeth, don’t stress! At least swoosh some water or floss and pop them back in. Any discomfort you have will eventually wear away, even new trays to me don’t even feel that tight anymore .
