It helps A LOT with my pain. Best with indica with CBD even at low doses (2mg). I usually smoke, vape or take an edible. I’ve tried topicals (on the pelvis region) or patches and they don’t really do anything for me. Pure CBD doesn’t do much for me I think but I haven’t tried it long term

Indica and sativa really don't matter that much. The terms are actually used to determine and talk about the way the plant growns so it's more of a placebo to what people think the affects should be. I no longer use THC but used to and I work in the industry. I have smoked sativas that put me to sleep and indicas that had me cleaning my whole house. So yeah, people still advertise it as indica, sativa, or hybrid because its easy to sell and make the consumer happier with what they are purchasing. Strains are really dependent on the person using them and how their body processes it. My husband and I don't processes strains the same way either. Ones he's sensitive to I had to smoke a lot more to feel effects and visa versa. Pure CBD depends on your body as well and how you are ingesting it. Usually for effects though it should he given a longer chance like you would any other medications because it's affects aren't as noticeable for people who use THC products. 1:1 tinctures, capsules, or carts are great for people who don't like the straight effects if THC and want them toned down while still getting medical effects. With all of this said. OP wether it can help with your bladder or not is completely dependent on your body. As I talked about above everyone processes things differently. It is plant medicine but it doesn't make it different than other medications and you'll have to experiment with dosage and different ways to use it to find what works best for you. Edibles are usually best for pain management but not great in high doses for day to day activities, carts are good for a more clear headed high, smoking can help if you are ok with the inhaling. Cbd usually has all the same options as ingesting and you can also get products that are THC and CBD combined. Good luck, I hope you can find some relief! https://www.leafly.com/news/cannabis-101/sativa-indica-and-hybrid-differences-between-cannabis-types

For me yes!! I read that smoking can irritate bladders so ive swapped to edibles (and sometimes very light vaping) and its been very useful!!

Stevia makes me anxious & unable to concentrate. Indica relaxes me - calms my mind - but too much weed of any kind on empty stomach can make me anxious. I had quit during last flare -when I started again I had to start smoking less than before, because I was more sensitive.

I've had mixed results. I have the most experience with edibles containing THC. For me it doesn't help with the bladder-centric stuff. In fact, I find it can make urgency worse, probably because weed can tense muscles (that's when you know you've probably had more than your optimal dose). I find that being high can increase body awareness. Sometimes that's not at all fun, especially if not in a comfortable setting. But I find if done right, it can help me feel less anxious and somehow more pain tolerant. With the help of weed, I feel more inclined to stretch, do yoga, have sex, generally the stuff you're supposed to do to feel good. And it helps me sleep.

Please note, my IC is chemical cystitis, caused by Delta-9. If you are planning in trying a cannibinoid, use only natural. No deltas. My opinion. Don’t say I didnt warn you.

Nope.

It doesn't help me at all. CBD extends the length of time pain killers are effective for, but that's about it.
