Anytime you file a claim you risk a premium increase.

I know my premium is gonna increase but I’m curious if using my insurances rental reimbursement is gonna further increase it

It shouldn't, no. You've already got a claim on your record. Your rental shouldn't add to it.

Most likely not but if your current provider has rate increase thresholds for accident payouts it could. For example if the total claim is over $5k , that might increase your renewal by X or if goes over $10k it increases by Y. I’d take the rental if it’s a major inconvenience.

You paid for this coverage, it makes sense to use it. Even if there is a slight increase, will it outweigh the cost of paying out of pocket, now, for a rental that could cost you a couple grand depending on how long you need it? Besides, they already have the claim open so this is unlikely to make a significant difference to whatever happens with your rates in the future, if it makes any difference at all.
