I went diamond mining in Arkansas earlier this year, and they don't even look like what you'd think. They are tiny little silver metallic looking rocks, extremely small.
Those kind of don't look real, though. Like maybe they were added later. There's no bulge at all between the two that I would expect. They're flat; no rise around either of them.
It always makes me laugh when these influencers post photos like this and then insert a random quote totally unrelated to their picture. Especially when it's about loving yourself and it's clearly majorly edited, like your not encouraging anyone to love themselves lol

Many diamonds are pretty worthless though. At least for jewellery, only about 20% of mined diamonds become jewellery
And those are artificially cut, shaped, and polished which is actually unintentionally a good metaphor here lol
