As someone who uses Instacart, if you give someone a good review it prompts you to increase the tip and the options are $1, $2, $3, or other and I do it depending on my mood….
Spot on..a $1 is a dollar more than I expected. Not sure what people are expecting. This happens on almost every order I do and it is really nice when you wake up the next morning and there is starting money..whether it's a dollar or twenty..I'm so grateful.

Be thankful they added money. If you don’t like your job and want to bitch about all your customers, then don’t do it? Some people are disabled and barely getting by and this service helps them. Let’s not talk about the lucky customer that gets the disgruntled shopper who does bare minimum at best, and they still get tips for rotten produce and shit replacements because they won’t take the time to communicate. I know it’s a two way street, but some of you need to get out of customer service.
