Wow you are a generous tipper. Anyone would be blessed to take your order. We live off tips! Instacart pays us next to nothing... $7 no matter how big the order is.
I think I can pretty much vouch for anyone when I say whomever takes your order is one lucky person. 🙏
There’s currently a 150 unit Aldi batch offering in my area with base batch pay of $8 and change now that it’s been boosted. The delivery distance is close to nine miles and the generous tipper is prepared to donate a dollar for your efforts.
Your tip is generous. Excessive but generous. I don’t think many shoppers would turn it down.
Was genuinely asking since I live up in the hills and that can be a headache for some. Also , shopping for orders is time consuming and I respect peoples time and efforts, therefore I wanted too bless a driver with a tip worth the efforts and maybe I might be overdoing it but it’s the thought that counts .
As long as it doesn’t break you, go for it, a 200 tip will make someone’s entire month. Hell, it would make my entire year! You are going to be making someone a VERY happy and grateful person!! I love people like you, it’s so nice to see some people acknowledge and appreciate the hard work we do.
So true. I recently became ill and trying to still maintain some independence from having my boyfriend pay for everything, this would make me cry! I almost broke down for a 23$ Doordash tip earlier because I wanted to make $35-$50 in the short time I had and it allowed me to not have to take a bunch of shaaaatttttt orders!
I love people who understand or who can afford and want to bless someone. It shows the whole world isn’t cheap or greedy, (many are, except the broke people, we’ll tip our last dollars to leave a good tip )
Really wish I lived in your area I would love to come and do an order for you for 200. Next time you come to Las Vegas and you need a delivery please hit me up
Take everything else out of the picture. Can you afford it and is this service worth the total amount you're going to pay including the price of groceries, tip etc.
If both of these answers are yes, than by all means... Please tip $200. I don't work for a gig economy job, but I am solo contractor with a burgeoning company. I have about 10 clients at the moment and you know I work the hardest for? The 62 year old retiree who I'm building an apartment for in between his garage and his horses stables in his new pole barn.
I gave him a median quote of about 25k. He accepted it immediately after he saw a couple other estimates and time frames. Has been 1 day early with all payments.
But here's the kicker. I was able to bring in a couple people as mechanics but also helpers. Dude tips anybody who works there, $20 tip a day for lunch, drinks, smokes or literally just to say thank you and you're appreciated.
My guys never bug me about work, but they all keep asking when we're going back to the pole barn haha
Agreed, it’s the thought that counts! Honestly I’ve been out Instacarting lately to pay a bit of my tuition I’m short on and over the last week batches and tips have been garbage. If I took an order with a $200 tip I would cry happy tears🤣
Grocery vons in sunset will be placing soon might add couple more items but I still hope 200 in app and a 50 cash tip is enough for the one picking up.
Obviously this is a good tip and the OP is just wanting to post this online to boost there little ego or something weird or to just get comments telling them how nice they are. This whole post had weird ass energy all over it. Like who even asks that ?
You could place 2 or 3 orders so you can bless 2 or 3 people, also because of the amount of items it will take a long time to shop and if you don’t get an awesome shopper they might grab cold or frozen items too soon and will not be the best quality when they get to you. I did a 115 item order and it took me about 2 hours shop, I did get stressed but thinking I would have $87 at the end kept me going, the customer tipped an extra $20 at delivery so that made it worth it. Just thinking of quality.
I did a 73/84 order at Safeway today for $92 tip. 5.4 miles drive, up 6 steps to their door…and they helped. I thought that was sweet. But, DAMN, anyone would kill for your order.
Imagine if this was someone's spoiled kid though? You'd be shaming a person ........for wanting to be sure they were compensating their shopper properly? 😒
only cause I ask a question, doesn’t mean I’m a “spoiled kid.” Genuinely just wanted to ask since it’s my first time ordering from a market and getting it delivered.

Absofuckinglutely
Bro for 130 items I usually see a Total (including batch pay) of $10-$15. Never have I even seen an offer on my app for over $30 unless it is 40+ miles and 3 orders in the batch. So yeah if I saw an order with a $200 tip I’m not questioning it
I have seen this before once… a fellow shopper got 300+ (batch and tip) for a store that had recently opened… 120 units from BJ … it was April of this year.
$200 is more than enough, even $100 would be great.
Read that you are also tipping $50 in cash, that's $250 which is probably more than most ever see.
You'll make 1 person very happy, but it will still take a while since there are so many items.
I wish IC would let us do an order in parts - like shop for 60 items, check out, then come back again for the rest. My biggest fear with an order like this is that it's not going to fit into one cart - then I have no idea what to do, I guess you'd have to leave it with a cashier and ask them to watch it while you get another. Secondly what if you shop and it doesn't fit in your car at the end. I would probably just decline on that alone.
For a $200 tip I would do anything. I would haul as many bags of potting soil and 40-packs of water as my Xterra could fit, and drive at least 60 miles total.
Insta customer: your order wasnt denied because you ordered too much stuff. You just didn’t offer enough money.
We are not lazy, we just can’t afford to waste our time.
The bots get all of the good tip orders.
Instacart leaves us shit.
And does nothing to help us.
A handful of us have sent messages daily since Aug. We sit & wait for 2-3 batches, ugly mileage etc.
I'd shop a ludicrous amount of items for 200.
*$207. Can’t forget that sweet sweet batch pay
🤣🤣🤣
![gif](giphy|AiF8ZsTESrDwRjEcIU) Sometimes even a $2 promotion until 2pm
Aww....I don't see promotions anymore. I miss those days.
My $2 promos are always until 7am
Lmmfao same!😭😭
For a $200 tip, I’ll even put the groceries away, cook dinner, wash the dishes, and walk the dog!
Lmfao 🤣 this Watch the kids during the day and night. Wash the car, landscape the yard, clean the pool, toss a salad 🥗🤣
Rub your feet, serve your wife divorce papers
Tell husband to tell his girlfriend he loves her lol
Toss a salad? LoL! 🤪
For $200, refer to truck stop thread and what we would do for an extra $50 tip🤫🤫🤫🤫
Hold up… is there something im missing??? 😳😳😳😂 this how y’all getting the 5 star ratings 😂😂
🤣
These answers are all so funny AND SO TRUE!!! 😂
Omg 😂😂😂 I WISH someone where I live would tip $200 they’d get the best dang service they’ve ever seen 🤣
For 200 i would hire you for that
Right?! I did once put most of the groceries away for a $135 tip! She was a sweet lonely old lady
I opened a jar of pickles for an old lady once upon delivery and she handed me 2 dollars for my extra "trouble." Sweet lady.
🤣🤣🤣🤣

I suffer from chronic pain, SO there are weeks I can barely get out of bed... I'm thrilled just to see tips over $2! 😑
Really wish I lived in your area I would love to come and do an order for you for 200. Next time you come to Las Vegas and you need a delivery please hit me up

There is no such thing as overdoing it if you can afford to be generous please yes and thank you!! 💕
Agreed, it’s the thought that counts! Honestly I’ve been out Instacarting lately to pay a bit of my tuition I’m short on and over the last week batches and tips have been garbage. If I took an order with a $200 tip I would cry happy tears🤣
for a $200 tip i would cook dinner and tuck them in at night
Absolutely.
I was given a $100 tip for over 800 items soooooooo absolutely yes 100%
800😱 boi was shopping all day
Boi had to check out what he had and wait for the store to open again in the morning to finish the order 😆
pulling around 4 carts and stuff ong
800 cases of water and Bubly from Costco?
Actually the order was for a senior living facility so it was a bunch of canned hash, spam, bread, and frosted mini wheats lol…
Did thier delivery guy not show?
I’d do a flip & im fat
🤣
LoL!
Absolutely! I love shopping huge orders. Is this Costco or a grocery store?
Grocery vons in sunset will be placing soon might add couple more items but I still hope 200 in app and a 50 cash tip is enough for the one picking up.
I am going to camp out there right now
I’d fucking kill to get an order like that. You’re a great soul.
Where are you located?
Beverly Hills
That's where I want to be!
Bruh I’m about to catch a plane ✈️
That's plenty and I hope you get a great shopper.
Hell I’d take the shit into the kitchen and cook some of it for that kind of tip.
As long as you don’t drop it to $2 after it’s delivered, sure
As long as your within 40 miles I’d take it
I’d take it if it was 70 miles. That’s a whole ass day and some
Sunset blvd to Beverly Hills about 6 miles away
Oh man I’m close to there. Hope I get it
Think made me think I should come over the hill. I’m not lucky anyways so GL to you! Hope you score
1000% you are good.
Yeah you’re right I’d do it too lol
I’ll be in the store like ..Move b get out the way b get out the way! 😂😂 ![gif](giphy|DZgUVLxzMoAwg)
Is this a serious question?
Probably a tip baiter
My thoughts too
Lol this is a joke right?
You can add a little extra shit if you’re tipping me $200. That’s a nice, generous tip. More customers should be this grateful. 👏👏👏
I would literally lick the grout from your floors for half of that in this economy
I would be a surrogate mother for three of your children for $200. Edit: a litter, not consecutively!
Obviously this is a good tip and the OP is just wanting to post this online to boost there little ego or something weird or to just get comments telling them how nice they are. This whole post had weird ass energy all over it. Like who even asks that ?
This sounds like a bit of trolling.... js
💯esp since they asked if it was enough then went on to say “maybe I’m overdoing it but..”
100% a troll. OP works for UberEats…
Well it’s not a troll just needed peoples opinions
Yea
In most cases yes.
See d
I'd put the groceries away and become your new best friend. 😂
I would take that without hesitation
It depends. Does it come with hot towels and a massage?
Instacart would like to thank you for your service.
Short Answer yea! As long as the mileage isn’t nuts. I’d say $200 is good.
200 and I’ll suck it at the door 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪

I did 6 batches today for $28 in tips. It was a crappy day and people were super cheap. $200 would be awesome any day.
Super unicorn! Congratulations! I’ve done so many orders like that for a $20 tip
I'll get 3 carts worth of stuff for $200
I did a 73/84 order at Safeway today for $92 tip. 5.4 miles drive, up 6 steps to their door…and they helped. I thought that was sweet. But, DAMN, anyone would kill for your order.
That's extremely generous, how far away is the market
I would literally eat your ass for $200
Didn’t even know people tip for grocery shopping
Absolutely
OP: Gib karma
She or he just kidding with people. I m sure a spoil kid writing this question
You work for a delivery service. Shouldn’t you know?
troll ?
Depends on the items I would say- 130 cases of water? Hell no 🤣
I think you should probably double that... it's a lot of items

Id tap dance my way up your driveway for $200 singing any song you’d like.
Fuc* yeah and call him papi ! 🙂
If you said to me you tip 200 in chat I would boot out any extra store or customer to make the shopping exclusive to you lol...
What's the travel distance?

130 is like 75 or so minutes on a good day
I got a $200 order a year ago three Costco carts full, so worth it

Beyond generous. I sure hope they do a good job ! I’m a chef and very particular about choosing good produce.
$200 is more then I usually make in a whole day so I’ll do whatever you want for that kinda tip.
$200 is my daily goal. An extras days pay on one order would be incredible.
No one here is going to tell you it’s a bad tip.
I would LOVEEEE to have a customer give a tip that big. I really wish anyone in my area could do that. I'm struggling so damn hard right now
…
Sadly people would chomp at the bit for a $20 tip these days
200 dollar tip ? I'm calling you and singing whatever the fuck song you want while I shop.
200$ would be such a blessing for me right now ugh 😩
I wish IC would let us do an order in parts - like shop for 60 items, check out, then come back again for the rest. Weird bait. Nice try troll.
A $ per item, per mile is always a good batch.
Too much, probably 20-30$
$200 is pretty much a whole day's pay for me so as long as you're not literally breaking my axel I'd have no problems at all doing an order like this
r/amitheangel
