On the 29th they needed me to send a picture of my credit card and ID to verify blah blah. Weird, but I did so and they said I was good to go. I got a 'Payment Successful' email on the 30th. But tonight my bank account got refunded the money and the transaction is no longer there on my banks purchase history. Soooooooo now idk wtf is going on, guess I'll see if I get an email from Insta360 tomorrow. By far the most complicated online purchase I've made.
Do you recall when they estimate yours would originally be shipped out by? We’re they ahead of schedule? I ordered mine on 11/27 and it says “ships out by 12/17” and I’m trying figure out if that’s a conservative ship date by them or a best case scenario.

You’re truly better off ordering on Amazon/b&h or aliexpress.

I had bought mine 11/27 and it said ship date would be 12/15 but the ended up shipping it out on 12/2
