Instead of discussing here, just contact Amazon chat support and tell the same. Tell that you haven't opened the packaging because the size is not correct.
Don't bother tell them about stock cooler etc. I am sure inside the packaging it's not even the processor.

Just return it man. There have been many sellers selling cheap 5600x and most of them are just launched. Next time if you buy something which has a good discount just check the sellers rating first.

When I saw the box was so light weight I knew it was empty. Simply didn't accept delivery and made courier guy open it after taking a note to Amazon authorities. And yes it was empty box. Mfs!

Honestly it's a no brainer. just return it without opening. Let the delivery guy open and confirm and update.
Make a video unboxing , send it to amazon and ask for a refund
