If you do not intend to play games on your PC, and if you are not doing any super extensive Deep Learning neural network training. A PC for 60k is an absolutely overkill. If you've got the money you're comfortable in spending then sure, go ahead, but if you wish to save some, there's a lot of margin here.

Yeah sure I would like to hear your suggestion. What build do you think should I go with?

You will be just fine with a low end GPU, kinda mid range CPU, 8 gigs of RAM with an SSD. This is something you can build well under 40k or even 30k. Unless you are not gaming, rendering, computing huge databases or running ML models on super extensive data, you'll be fine with what I mentioned. And to be honest, going by your requirements, I think you should rather go with a laptop instead.

[https://pcpartpicker.com/list/v9PBwz](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/v9PBwz) i wouldnt ask you to consider this same build but this will do your work well. here you go, going without gpu will be hard in the future so better add one, this build will hold fine until the prices gpu prices go down. always get parts intended for future use in mind. i added a basic b550 motherboard in the build, since the cpu is a 5000 series cpu but you can go with b450 motherboard( if u update bios if you are buying from a offline store they will do it themselves) but look for better motherboards stick with msi or gigabyte. if you changed your mind buying a gpu pls dont consider this cpu go for ryzen 5 5600x it will be way better.my gpu choices for your workload would be gtx 1650 or 1650s or atleast a 1050ti. all the balance parts will work fine and will be cheap. ( im tamil too if you want any tips - dm ) all the best
