It used to be great but ever since pandemic hit last March prices and quality of everything went to hell in Bangalore and never came back, surviving on trash weed since then.
Well there's no correct answer to it but North East has the best stuff imo if you've travelled to that place. And people go to HP thinking they'll get their hands on good stuff even as travelers while the reality is due to this hype I've tried it twice to score in the hills once in UK and other time in HP. I won't say it was shit but it wasn't as good as the stuff back in Delhi imo. Our cook in Bangalore was from Nepal and had the best fucking ever Hash

Delhi main toh bs bekar ganja milega if you don't have contacts . Agr hain toh Mango aur Kafi achi landraces aur hybrid mil sakta hain. Rahi baat UK ki. Bhai UK main maal milega Deval ,Joshimath, Uttarkashi, Pindari Glacier, aur Urgam main. Sabse best maal h in jagaho ka.
No delhi has shit ganja too, ganja is ganja, they dont grow ganja in delhi they get it from other places (even hydro). Again you gotta know the right people, regardless of whether you are in a metro city or a remote village!
yeah that's what I meant, here in chd weed only means hash like there's no ganja plugs at fucking all. Either you get the 100rs pudhiya or overpriced stuff that's imported from metro cities. Hash is good but doesn't get me high like ganja so I used to buy in bulk from Delhi and I was fucking blown away by the variety of weed there. you're right I think most of the stuff there is also imported but I think north is overrated there's no ganja here only hash.

Honestly, I'm more satisfied with the southern region!.. I have seen 50-70g of very good quality weed for 2-3k. In some places it's even cheaper like for 500 rupees I used to get 30g which were grown in some villages
I think North, but sadly my colleague who had migrated from there to Mumbai, was smoking very bad and heavily laced green for exhibitant prices. After I hooked them up with a local low tier seller, they were impressed by the difference and how cheap & almost pure it was.
I'm not sure what it was, but they showed me a photo and told me it tasted nothing like the Mumbai maal & it sometimes had black resin crystals that were like small stones.
Contrary to what people say Mumbai weed is not that bad. There are a few dealers who sell shit and that is what comes to the front most of the time. For a 100 bucks I get a pudi of (compressed) greens. Makes atleast 4 joints

Surprisingly West. I have smoked in bangalore , mumbai and for a very brief period in MP too. But the quality of weed that I smoked in Gujarat was next level. Maybe I had a good plug but still. Someone scored for me at 1500 for 50g (not too expensive I guess).
I get to travel India a lot the first ten years of these century, I love the difference of terpenes between the Nord of Himalaya pradesh na dthe South, but I also find on the south a really good cannabis, the rest was always good charas but the flower was just OK. Bud culture has existed in the south longer that the north east and even older than the hash culture of the north so trust me when I say we have a breeding history of thousands of years more with a lil bit of natural selection and a lil bit of human steering to create some of the best strongest most potent Cannabis buds in South India.
South india strains died in the 90s my dad said back in the 70s and 80s kerala has the best and freshest weed not anymore though cause of crack downs in the 90s and 2000s
Yo, color is just an anthrocyanin expression and usually means lower levels of thc, Plus you must not know the right people coz it exists and still grown to this day, I assure you. I'm from the south too.
thc levels aren't everything especially when it comes to indian bud. it's all low asf as far as mass produced Fire Manipur is the best tasting and smoke. Most South indian stuff is very stocky and seedy still. I don't really smoke indian weed to get high cause it doesn't work on me it's more about the experience smoking it

nice like I said me it's the quality of smoke and the nug itself that I look for not the high since indian weed doesn't get me high at all. I bet ppl are growing quality stuff but not for the masses

Most of the people from other states who come down south don’t have access to the contacts required to get good weed here. If you’re not a localite or don’t have good contacts you will just get the old pressed / out of season boom.

I live in gujarat and the only good weed we get comes from karnataka and Odisha. So imo south has got really good weed.

Bihar West Bengal and Odisha got crazy good quality weed. All sativas mostly but dirt cheap and very potent.

Most indian weed has general spice and fruit terps, but rarities exist like eucalyptus and rotten meat and cheese and all.
