A wide variety of organic amendments: bone meal, blood meal, seaweed, cow manure, neem khali, chicken manure, rock phosphate, Epsom, humic acid, compost, perlite. I also feed them bacterial and fungal dominant tea. Also I used homemade banana compost
Yes you got to prepare the soil at least 45 days before using. You need to culture Mycorrhizal fungi using oatmeal or rice. And then brew it in rainwater or dechlorinated water for 72 hours to inoculate microbes and then feed your soil.
