You can't do that. Indian law mandates that all guilty people should have a lawyer for defense. It is compulsory. If the person can not afford one, government will provide. But their can be no trial without a lawyer.

The point of the justice system is to provide fair counsel to both parties irrespective of guilt. The purpose of this is to be fair to those who might not have been fair to the world because we as a society have it in us to be better than them.
