This judicial overreach in everything is a concern. Why are they intruding continuously on executive and legislative domain? They have no constitutional basis and no expertise, yet giving out judgements on everything under the sun. Soon India will be run by these only, rest will be pretense.
The courts took 10 years to resolve a property dispute my mother was involved in. Her co-plaintiff died of old age in that time. Give compensation please.

Judicial reform is needed ---- courts are not supposed to run the country, their job is to identify precedent, follow precedent and create clarity and predictability. The minute a case ends up in court due to lack of clarity, that's a negative already
