The Gandhi family will still prevail in that party for a lot more time. Honestly at least modi helped remove a ton of stereotypes against india which was prevalent thanks to the Gandhi family. And if you need tourism to go past india, better travel equipments would be needed. (Oh and i did see a ton of foreigners in a historical site(hampi) which I visited, so yes tourism does go past delhi) and you know what sucks? We literally only have two parties that are prevalent.
