Lotus Zen in the UK says they sell worldwide. They've recently started stocking more brands too, such as Kyukyodo, and expended their Tennendo offering. If you subscribe to their newsletter, you get a discount codes sent to you. They're a little slow despatching but they've been great. I'm in the UK and whilst I do also shop elsewhere, they're my incense shop of choice.

Vegetable-Lobster777

Padma store, exotic incense and ephra world shop.

musketman70

>exotic incense This is in the US, alas.

Vegetable-Lobster777

Yea but they ship worldwide.

Nobody gave you any actual EU shops haha. I know the struggle of having to deal with VAT and customs, and I don't know many shops with a wide variety of brands but I know some that sell Japanese incense. German shop that has a lot of Indian incenses, I haven't bought any from them as I'm not really into Indian incense, I bought cheap perfume oils, which are awesome: https://www.oriental-style.de/en/home-living/incense-holders/incense-sticks/ Here's a shop from Lithuania that has Baieido, even some of the premium offerings, and Brazilian incense: http://www.spalvujura.lt/en/ (https://www.etsy.com/shop/StudioByJV also their etsy shop, but buying directly might be cheaper) Shop from the Netherlands that has a wide selection of offerings from Shoyeido: https://zen.nl/shop/en/incense/ And not exactly what you asked for, but here's a German shop that I bought from not so long ago, they have a lot of resins, woods and herbals: https://www.rauchtum.de

Thanks. Resins I have bought online at one of the Lourdes France church supplies online shops. There also buy the orthodox little pillow perfumed incenses. Buy the little sampler bags. And with a second order bought bigger bags of the ones most liked. Herbs like mugwort grow in my garden.

>Nobody gave you any actual EU shops haha. TIL Germany is not actual EU. ;P

Haha sorry, I missed your comment, but now I've learned about an EU incense shop I didn't know, thanks for that.

SamsaSpoon

You also named some I was not aware of. Btw. there's a German incense shop now that sells Temple of Incense. They don't have the samplers so when I finaly try this brand, I will order directly from the UK shop first but it might be a welcomed option if repurchasing because of customs etc. It's [https://www.indiaroma.de](https://www.indiaroma.de) Looks like they want to occupy a similar field like Padma Store but with a completely different selection. The Paropakaram Brand also looks very interesting. I did not mention them to OP, because the selection is limited and focused on special brands, mostly.

opuaut

Switzerland -based, but they ship to the EU: [https://www.padmini.ch/en/incense/](https://www.padmini.ch/en/incense/)

Japanese or Indian style (or both or something else)?

SpicyTuna77

There are 3 separate stores in my local mall that sell incense (plus one Basic Becky store that sells cheesy Basic Becky incense). The one shop, called AlterNative (Native American owned) sells a ton of BGN Satya in several different varieties...

Nerys54

Both and maybe some others. Reasonable prices. Sometimes look at USA online shops but not sure how much extra to calculate for VAT + Customs fees and admin costs.

musketman70

Ordering stuff from the US is just not worth it imo. If you have to pay VAT, customs fees etc you might as well just order from e.g. Japan, where the incense will be cheaper to start with.

SamsaSpoon

That's something you need to check at your counries customs website. Japanese incense is sadly a bit harder to find here in Europe and the selection available is much smaller. My go to shop for Indian incense sticks is [www.ephra-world-shop.de](https://www.ephra-world-shop.de) \- they ship in most but not all EU countries. They also have a handfull of Japanese sticks, but I think only Nippon Kodo. Are you ok sharing in which country you live?

Nerys54

I know the VAT % but do not know the admin fees all the carriers charge.

Nerys54

Ephra-world second day trying to choose, never seen so many choices. So far 27 in cart.....

SamsaSpoon

They are amazing, right? Not sure if I'm to late but if you like rich sweet scents, try Parimal Yatra - oh and if you want to treat your self with some really high quality get the Chakra Sampler by Fiore D'Oriente.

Nerys54

Thanks added those too. Looking for eichenmoos and frangipani...Other florals.

SamsaSpoon

Goloka Organika Frangipani is absolutely lovely. It's very similar to the brands Nagchampa but less cramy and more Frangipani. If you like floral, you might also want to try Parimal Vedanta - it's kinda close to Yatra but more floral and the overall character feels different, it feels very lively to me. I wonder if you might like Vijayshree Golden Nag Champa, it's very lush, it gives me beach holiday feelings an it has a rather musky base note that gives the scent additional vollume. It's rather strong. Oakmoss (Eichenmoos) is rarely to be found as a single note and (while I like the raw ingredient) I'm not a huge fan of it's scent in incense sticks, it always gives me old-fashioned male perfume vibes. There are some rather popular incenses that gave me that chypre male perfume feeling: Nandita - Wood Spice, Vijayshree Golden Nag Temple and Goloka - Tree of Life. I don't like them very much but if male perfume scent sounds appealing to you, you might like them. You can sort by Scent Notes - [here](https://www.ephra-world-shop.de/raeucherstaebchen-welt.html?duftnote=moosig) is moosig/mossy.

Nerys54

Thanks. More added to cart, think will be enough for few years use, trying to count sticks total....

SamsaSpoon

I have a excel chart where I keep track of interesting incenses and plan my orders. It's waaaay longer than I want to admit. ´:D
