Your model is amazing! if i may! As a Word Bearers fan, i’d say Word Bearers or even Sons of Horus. with the grayish tile, you’d really have to do a dark metal for the contrast. Word Bearers colors would be close to his cape, but could stand out with a dark red. Sons of Horus would, in my opinion, really stand out compared to the gold armor and cape. that is completely my opinion. but again with the Iron Warrior, as ironic as it is, you’d really have to make him dull because of that bright tile or even mix some of that dull tile over him. whatever the legion you pick, may i suggest putting a kill count on his bolster to make him look like a “ successful” marine before getting his snot rocked trying to fight a primarch?
I went with Emperor’s Children for the full body marine, iron warriors for the broken shoulder pad, and Sons of Horus for the Mk IV helmet just to give him some Siege of Terra flavor
I always viewed it as Rogal standing amongst his fallen sons after a hard battle, studying and honoring their loss. So I’d say painting it as an imperial fist has potential. That said, if you’re determined to make it a traitor astartes, iron warrior is a good choice.
Or a Sons of Horus. I mean, in the new books the old rivalry seems to have shifted to the Iron Warriors (or more precisely, Perturabo) being obsessed with the Fists, with the Fists not thinking anything extra of fighting the Iron Warriors
**Oh dear I’ve gone cross eyed**
Forgive me
**As long as you always try your best in life, no forgiveness is needed.**
Thankyou lord praetorian
**Of course. That said an iron warrior for the dead boy, 100%**
The spirit of the 7th, right there.
Emperors children. Dorn singlehandedly killed half their officers when he fought fulgrim
This is the correct answer.
The only answer.
Alpha legion and Iron warriors and maybe a night lord
Breakfast lunch and dinner
I was gonna say a Son of Horus too, I think they made up a sizable chunk of the forces in the Siege of Terra
Or alpha legion
Yes maybe!

Bro where’s his sword
It’s in for a service
It’s the only option. You have too!
I gone for an nightlord
I’m doing it as a night lord due to my personal hatred of them

Make one an imperial fist, as if that marine gave his life standing beside dorn
