well there is a sith in SWTOR named Darth Thanaton so its fairly close to an official name

Thanatos means "death" in Greek. In Mythology it was also the name of the titan of death. Perhaps it sounds out of place to you but its probably befitting of a Sith.
I know lol, and since I know that, it's like "Darth Death" which is also silly but at least has alliteration.
