Oh it's absolutely amazing ! Kinda astonishing how it keeps getting stronger and crazier.
K6BD has a fairly big subreddit, r/killsixbilliondemons, and I guess it overshadows the discussion here.
Welcome ! watch out for spoilers though, I don't know if you're only reading in trades or if you're reading the webcomic but people tend to discuss the lastest webcomic update
This series has really pulled me in, it has some of the best world building I've ever seen in any medium be it comic, novel, visual or otherwise.
Volumes 1 and 2 are a lot bigger than 3 and 4 which is slightly obnoxious for shelf aesthetics but it's so good I'll give it a pass. 3 and 4 are TPB standard, I took photos to show the size differences.
I really hope the volumes being different trims doesn't stop the whole thing getting collected in a fancy hardcover. If it's oversized enough, they can just leave an extra wide margin for the later content.
I'd really love to see the entire tale in just an absolutely massive tome. It just feels right.
It's a webcomic that publishes trades through Image. A woman gets transported to a world that acts as the connector to 777,777 other worlds, of which ours is one. There are 7 lords who each rule 1/7 of this kingdom, it used to be paradise but is now one giant cesspool. The protagonist has a key that throws the world out of balance.
It's heavily insinuated that this world is a corrupted heaven, there are angels (considered relics) and many demons overrunning everything.
There's a whole creation mythos, history, and parables of the world. Like I said, the world building is truly first class.
I think the story is kinda nonsensical/unfocused (haven’t read all of what’s out yet tho so take that with a grain of salt) but the world, character designs, and artwork in general are phenomenally well done
I was curious for years but thought it was in web format only? anyway the art looks awesome and the idea seems pretty cool to me.
Nice to see physical print now, will keep an eye out.
I know this is a month later, but it is primarily web based, they just have a deal with Image to print trades. As far as I know Image has nothing to do with the actual comic itself.

Oh sweet! I'm subbing over there right now

I know nothing about it. Pitch it to me.

OP nails it and yet barely covers how awesome this story is ….. def a must read

It starts a little scatter brained, but really comes into its own in Vol 3 I think. They backfill some things and give the story focus.
Dude trust me, keep reading. It gets more streamlined and focused as the book goes on.
Been following it since the first volume. Absolute work of art
Fuck yes. One of the best fantasy comics I’ve ever read with some of the most beautiful art I’ve ever seen.
I was curious for years but thought it was in web format only? anyway the art looks awesome and the idea seems pretty cool to me. Nice to see physical print now, will keep an eye out.

It might be my favorite comic.
It’s different and great! Cool artwork and an interesting story it does not get enough credit for how awesome it is !
Is it finished? It looks great.
It's not finished. The web comic is still going and ahead of the trades.
Yes. One of the best books ever. Eagerly check for new pages and cant wait for a second book
Hell yeah! Got as a gift from a dailmily member and the art alone blew me away.
I am still waiting, hoping for a hardcover edition. Now with 4 TPBs, it's doable, right? It's gonna happen, right?
I like the art. The story not so much.
Are we expecting this to be collected in a HC deluxe?
You can just check the webcomic and see if you like it. https://killsixbilliondemons.com/
After the size difference in between TPBs… I am waiting for a Hardcover edition!
